    https://i.stuff.co.nz/business/farming/125572546/farmers-tractors-and-tradies-expected-at-ute-protests-around-the-country
Now parking those tractors up and refusing to remove them from vital areas or dumping a load of balage on a bridge or at choke points would get some serious attention.

Cyclists can protest on auckland harbour bridge, bout time farmers completely fuck aucklanders day and teach them where a good chunk of their food comes from, park 20 tractors on that bridge an watch the place go chaotic.

    19

    • The cyclists blocking the bridge were labelled protesters and protected by the guitar-players.
Ute-owners doing the same thing will be rich-prick filthy polluters and arrested as terrorists.
You have to fit the narrative.

    • Back when Notional had some decent farmers as MPs instead of 28 year old PR consultants and real estate agents Shane Ardern actually drove his tractor up the parliament steps in 2003.

It appears Shane Ardern is related to the part time PM who oozes sympathy .
At least, I think it is sympathy that is oozing out of it.

  3. The pressure is increasing in India over the advice about Ivermectin and the do nothing approach for the ill people.
Looks like they are putting this into action. 🙂

The Indian Bar Assoc has warned action under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code against Dr. Swaminathan for murder of each person dying due to obstruction in treatment of C-19 patient effectively by IVM.
Punishment is death penalty or life imprisonment.

How conflicted is the WHO? Their Chief Scientist
    @doctorsoumya
first tweets the WHO home bundle for C-19: wash your hands, rest, take aspirin, the “do nothing” home treatment.
Then next tweet was on what Merck had to say about IVM.

….. Specific charges included the running of a disinformation campaign against Ivermectin and issuing statements in social and mainstream media to wrongfully influence the public against the use of Ivermectin despite the existence of large amounts of clinical data showing its profound effectiveness in both prevention and treatment of COVID-19. …..

How much more longer can the New Zealand Government go on governing by back dating legislation and by adhans, whilst ignoring court decisions, and signed up to International Conventions like the Nuremberg Code and The Declaration of Helsinki.

It would seem a case can also be made in New Zealand against the NZ medical Association or whatever form it was that was in their pursuit of a few Doctors, if Ivermectin considerations were banned by them.

Did New Zealand’s ministry put pressure on Doctors not to use HCQ, Ivermectin or other first medicines?
Cases to be bought should be considered against the NZ health ministry and all who are involved denying first medicine treatment to patients, and suppressing and censoring data, knowledge and news of Ivermectin so that vaccines may be pushed, whilst denying that the USA Food & Drug Administration only gave the ok under “Emergency Use Authorization” EUA, while then pressuring and finally imposing legislation on New Zealand Medsafe in changing their guidelines after a Court found that the Government itself was in breach.

In the mean time a Royal Commission of Inquiry in the handling of CoVid-19 did not go ahead, but perhaps charges may be made ready, so a Nuremberg Trial may start as soon as? 🙂

    • No Royal Commission of Inquiry into the procedures, the modelling, the masks, the lockdowns, the vaccines, the first medical treatment for people with an illness, etc.. hmmm
Inquiries seem to be basically banned in many other countries as well.

      17 mins 22 seconds. : JUNE 26, 2021

Yesterday, Hecker launched an independent investigation into the low covid death rate at United Memorial Medical Center in Houston.
She specifically investigated one man, Dr. Joseph Varon, who is using drugs to treat patients that both the CDC and WHO recommend against, and he’s having success.

The journalists and other media outlets have the Ivermectin edited out.
Fox privatised the video, Facebook censored.

WHO health omits, and now India is really pushing back, as my comment above.

So now the State authorities are hunting on this Doctor,
He has had translated his “protocols” into 23 languages and defying WHO.

….. If I write an opinion piece ‘Jacinda Ardern is a communist or a dictator’, could I be stung for hate speech? [ eh Comrade. Comrade?] …..
….. again, it’s up to the police and what you say. …..

Jacinda ardern vs evil gun owners and kfc workers
      Maori party vs white supremacists
Chippie, bloomfailed karen and ken vs unvaxed
      Police vs gangs

All good examples of inciting hatred and normalizing it, do you think any of them would get more then 3seconds of police time let alone make it to a court room?

But “trans women arent real women”, “fucking dole bludgers” “climate change is a hoax” will get someone a 3yr jail sentence.

      17

      0

    • Define “hatred”.

“trans women arent real women” is an opinion. It can be argued as true or as false, depending on your definition of “woman.”

So, hate speech laws suppress discussion and argument. How is that good for society?

      16

      0

          • The core assumption behind “hate speech” is that people cannot think for themselves and will blindly follow what others tell them.

If I say “________” is evil and inhumane, under hate speech laws I must be guilty of inciting hatred against those who practice ________. Can my audience not make up their own minds and reject me as a crackpot (and now a known and identified crackpot) if my statements are obviously harmful or likely to lead to community trouble?

  5. Jacinda & her chauffeur were cruising along a country road one evening when an elderly cow loomed in front of the car. The driver tried to avoid it but couldn’t – the aged bovine was struck & killed.

Cindy told her driver to go up to the farmhouse & explain to the owners what had happened. She stayed in the car making phone calls organising another lockdown.

About an hour later the driver staggered back to the car with his clothes in disarray. He was holding a half-empty bottle of expensive wine in one hand, a rare, huge Cuban cigar in the other, smeared with lipstick & smiling happily.

“What happened to you,” asked Cindy?

“Well,” the driver replied, “the farmer gave me the cigar, his wife gave me the wine & their beautiful twin daughters made mad passionate love to me.”!

“My God, what did you tell them?”

The driver replied, “I just stepped inside the door & said, I’m the Prime Minister’s driver & I’ve just run over the cow. The rest happened so fast I couldn’t stop it.”

“Allahu akbar” is an Arabic phrase that means “God is great” we are told.

I suggest the following three alternative translations, depending on the context.

    Contexts
    1. A US cruise missile finds its target. “Allahu akbar!” = “Oh my God!”
    2. An ISIS agent shoots up a Christian church. “Allahu akbar!” = “My God is greater than your god!”
    3. A suicide bomber reaches for the switch. “Allahu akbar!!” = “Banzai!!”

  11. Further to my email yesterday about the comprehensive win we achieved this week in the High Court, the full judgement (reasons) came through last night and are available to read here.

Given the current cancel culture and suppression of opposing opinions, the Judge’s comments are extremely encouraging. It is especially pleasing to see the Judge apply what we’ve previously achieved in the Court of Appeal (against Auckland Council/Phil Goff) as the basis of his decision to reinstate the Speak Up for Women event.

This win is a very strong shot across the bows of all Councils and Mayors who may try to limit free speech. We will stand up for free speech, and win.

I am told that last night’s Speak Up for Women event in Palmerston North went ahead without incident. Despite the social media mob’s shouting, no one was hurt in the exercise of free speech or by the feminist group voicing their opinions.

But Hate Speech laws are the next big fight

The Government appears determined to go ahead with the criminalisation of so called “hate speech” – despite Minister’s’ definitions of what they do, and don’t, want the law to cover remaining vague.

In case you missed it, our Spokesman David Cumin was on 1 News last night waving the free speech flag on all of our behalf. Watch the coverage here.

  12. What hate speech laws will mean for New Zealand

The proposed hate speech laws are a win for cancel culture and will create an even more divided country.

Tougher hate speech laws will take away a basic right, shut down debate, and make people afraid to express themselves. As I told media today, they will put cancel culture on steroids.

We’ll see petitions and lynch mobs demanding Police prosecute people with unpopular views. The only people who will win are the perpetually offended.

A conviction for hate speech will carry a maximum sentence of three years in prison. That’s longer than for common assault or assaulting a child.

Labour is cynically using March 15 to push the laws through. But it’s admitted they wouldn’t have prevented the attacks happening. It doesn’t know what problem it’s trying to solve.

    What you can do

ACT is going to fight hard against these hate speech laws. Here’s how you can help:

    1. Share our petition with your friends and family and ask them to sign it. We will keep you updated on new developments.

    2. Tell the Government you oppose its hate speech laws at: humanrights@justice.govt.nz

    3. Support our digital campaign. If you can help us run Facebook ads telling people about hate speech laws, please donate here.

    • Frankly my take is that with this Government and the agenda they are pursuing, any digital campaign, petition or emails to MPs will not make any difference.
Look at the host of petitions that nzcpr have mounted , look at the petitions presented to Parliament every week, look at the haste with which they pass laws without proper consultation.
      This Government is evil.
I have never know anything like it.
They have an agenda and they will stick to the programme and stick a finger up in the air at any attempt to deter them.

What we really need is mass demonstrations, mass protests against this marxist agenda but I am afraid New Zealanders are a pathetic bunch and will roll over and become peasants in this once fine land.

      I want an election.NOW
Stalinda has no mandate to rip this country apart and let a minority race rule.
      Demand an election now!

      • Wiseowl, hate speech will already be defined and the laws will have been drafted. What youre seeing now is just purely a box ticking excercise to give the illusion of a democratic process with “public input and consultation”, it will all be recorded, boxed up, disregarded and gather dust im some warehouse.

Gun reform was the same farce, the agenda and laws were set many years ago and just awaited the right excuse to rush them in

        12

        0

      • O-Sen I am amazed you would ask such a question.
        Was this just provocation?

For a start Notional has morphed into Labour lite .
They have been this way for at least 30 years.
When Bolger won the 1990 election (or more accurately, Labour lost so by default Notional controlled the Treasury ) they actually finished off a lot of Legislation started by Labour esp the nasty RMA – Resource Management Act.

This was championed by Irish Republican Arzehole – IRA – Bolger and the soft cock Soimon Upton,
Upton is now the current Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment. so the enemy of the people and behind a lot of the oppressive legislation on environment.
It was not just in recent times that Notional has recruited real pricks.
It is just the last ten years they are also god bothering pricks.

Just to be clear. This is hate speech. Someone tell fatboi.
I hate James Brendan Bolger; the IRA prick. (Irish Republican Arzehole)
I hate chinless wonder Soimon Upton.

If you can show me anything reversed by The Notional outfit from 2008 to 2017 in nine lazy years I will supply a chocolate fish for each reversal.
        I won’t need your address.

Notional are so bad in fact they are silent when Liebour do the back dated legislation.
They supported badly designed gun buyback because they are spineless and were too scared to speak up.

The lazys from notional who spend all their weak energy on in-fighting and leaks to corrupt media (our enemy) still get their salary whether they do anything they are paid to do, or not.

Even worse, they said they disagreed with the Zero Carbon nonsense in 2019 but voted FOR it.

Notional are as useful as a chocolate teapot in opposition.
They are not much bedda in Govt now as they simply respond to ‘matters arising’ and dont initiate.

He explained how they did the cheat and how he caught them.
    1) They expanded voter rolls falsely
    2) Cheated
    3) Cleaned up the rolls

But since they got caught by Tom Fitton’s law group putting on more voters than residents, it forced them to use the census data. LOL . So they then did a STRAIGHT EXCEL ALGORITHM over and over again.

He got the algorithm and tested it AND THAT M-F ALGORITHM WORKED ON ALL 88 COUNTIES HE TESTED

HE CAUGHT THE CHEAT, HE EXPLAINED IT’S LIKE ROLLING DICE 88 TIMES AND GETTING THE SAME THING 88 TIMES, THAT EQUAL LOADED DICE ONLY

He caught them, he explained it. It was fun to follow (he is middle aged and explained he’d been using his mother as a test audience to make the math understandable).

“I figured as much,” says the man. He then proceeds to pull down his pants and put on a black condom. “If you don’t mind, I’d like to offer my deepest condolences.”

    • From IAASB’s link:

May the Mythical Deity strike me down but one item on that list should have been banned from its conception & its innovator boiled alive in recycled vegetable oil.

I refer of course to the plastic fruit label stuck to tomatoes, apples & anything else they would possibly adhere to. A pox on the packers & retailers who foist them onto us.

  23. On her way to work one morning

Down the path alongside the lake

    A tender-hearted woman saw a poor half-frozen snake

His pretty colored skin had been all frosted with the dew

“Oh well,” she cried, “I’ll take you in and I’ll take care of you”

“Take me in oh tender woman

Take me in, for heaven’s sake

Take me in oh tender woman,” sighed the snake

She wrapped him up all cozy in a curvature of silk

And then laid him by the fireside with some honey and some milk

Now she hurried home from work that night as soon as she arrived

She found that pretty snake she’d taken in had been revived

“Take me in, oh tender woman

Take me in, for heaven’s sake

Take me in oh tender woman,” sighed the snake

Now she clutched him to her bosom, “You’re so beautiful,” she cried

“But if I hadn’t brought you in by now you might have died”

Now she stroked his pretty skin and then she kissed and held him tight

But instead of saying thanks, that snake gave her a vicious bite

“Take me in, oh tender woman

Take me in, for heaven’s sake

Take me in oh tender woman,” sighed the snake

“I saved you,” cried that woman

“And you’ve bit me even, why?

You know your bite is poisonous and now I’m going to die”

“Oh shut up, silly woman,” said the reptile with a grin

“You knew damn well I was a snake before you took me in

”Take me in, oh tender woman

Take me in, for heaven’s sake

Take me in oh tender woman,“ sighed the snake

  24. Single-use plastics such as plates, bags, cotton buds, drinking straws, fruit labels and some polystyrene products are to be banned in New Zealand.

The items will be phased out in three stages between late 2022 and July 2025, the Government has announced.

    https://www.stuff.co.nz/national/125574062/new-zealand-to-ban-a-raft-of-singleuse-plastics-by-2025

BUT, and there always is a but ain’t there?

The ban will not extend to single-use cups, WET WIPES or some types of expanded polystyrene used to transport cold goods and protect large items.

Now wet wipes would be no 1 on m,y list. They cost the ratepayers a bloody fortune because they don’t breakdown and cause the sewers to block.

A new $50 million plastics innovation fund will open in November to ”help support projects that reimagine how we make, use and dispose of plastics”, the minister said.
The fund is intended to help find ideas and solutions to reduce plastic waste, and scale them up.

It is expected to attract applicants from research institutes and businesses as well as sector groups, communities, and Māori organisations, Parker said.

Great as I have an idea thats been kicking around in my head for a while. Time i got some money back.

    • “The only way to stop the exponential propagation of a COVID-like cyber attack threat,” according to the WEF, “is to fully disconnect the millions of vulnerable devices from one another and from the internet.”

Looks like another good reason not to use that CoVid-19 tracing app. 🙂

  27. Sydney enters hard 2-week Covid lockdown after authorities report 80 cases of Delta variant

The restrictions, which are going into effect on Saturday, mean that people can only leave home for essential work, medical care, education, or shopping. Authorities have argued that the measures are needed in order to stop the spread of the infectious Delta variant. Sydney has already recorded 80 cases linked to the Covid-19 strain.

“Even though we don’t want to impose burdens unless we absolutely have to, unfortunately this is a situation where we have to,” New South Wales state Premier Gladys Berejiklian said.

The lockdown is also applied to several regions surrounding Sydney. The rest of the state will have limits on public gatherings and require masks indoors.

    • True that hoss, ive only got class 4 and get hounded by multiple farming outfits, contractors and trucking companies to drive for them (im happy as where i am) . The local trucking firm is down 9 drivers and many trucks parked up now, its gunna be a disaster for them in spring time when the farmers want fert applied
Funny thing is tho the pay rates dont go up, they cant afford to pay much more as margins are razor thin.

Theres plenty of drivers around, just a shortage in drivers that are willing to do it for minimum wage. Gunna be huge increases in costs of goods over the comming months/years to solve the problem.

  28. Just listened to a nurse interviewing a guy while marching through London. He says the food shortage the world will experience is deliberate. He said his family own a farm in Spain and one in Italy. Apparently, they tracked their goods being picked up by the truckies and delivered to warehouses. That was where the transportation of goods stopped and the food is rotting in warehouses and trucks.
He also said the same thing is happening in Asia and Africa.
The governments are saying they don’t have the labour to pick and pack the goods nor enough transport to deliver the goods.
It is a blatant lie from Governments and is going to be used as the excuse for mass starvation.
He is willing to do interviews on radio and television.

  29. World Doctors Alliance, [27.06.21 19:43]
    [Forwarded from Mike Yeadon]
I don’t know about you, but I’m getting exasperated trying to explain to people that we’re being lied to.
Accompanying the lies is the near destruction of our economy & civil society.

Just two facts tells you beyond any possible doubt that the whole covid19 policy response fiasco is faked:

    1. The infection fatality ratio as estimated by Dr John Ioaniddes is 0.15%. Typical seasonal influenza IFR is estimated at around 0.1%. Some years it’s less dangerous, others it’s more.
So the conclusion is that covid19 is, across the population, slightly worse than the typical flu season. Because the lethality of flu varies from year to year, it’s equally true to say that the lethality of covid19 is well within the envelope of the worst of the flu seasons, easily several over the last 20years.
More relevant yet, covid19 has a steeper age/ lethality relationship than does ‘flu.
This means that the over 70s are appreciably more at risk from covid19 than from flu.
The corollary though is that the entire working age population is at a LESSER risk than they are from flu.
Ioaniddes is among the most respected medical doctor / epidemiologist working today. His assessment is or was on WHO’s website for ages, hiding in plain sight.
There was never a need to lockdown any of the working aged population.

    2. There are several, safe & effective treatments. Information on these has been censored & those trying to tell us about these off-patent, low-cost agents get smeared.
Nevertheless there is higher quality clinical trials data on many of them than there if analogously for the covid19 vaccines.
Hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin, zinc, Vitamin D, ivermectin, budesonide, apixaban, fluvoxamine (doubtless others).
Used with skill, reductions in hospitalisation & death from covid19 ranging from 75% to 90% have been reported, and with overwhelmingly good safety profiles.

So if the virus isn’t exceptionally lethal (it simply isn’t) & if there are numerous safe & effective treatments to keep people out of the hospital & to save lives (and there are), what’s all this theatre about?

Answers on the back of a copy of Klaus Schwab’s latest book.

    • This is the most dangerous thing Labour is doing. We can cope with mismanagement, incompetence, increased tax, but this is a direct undermining of democracy. Hopefully people will wake up to the consequences of this before its too late. Now Judith and Seymore need to hammer home at every opportunity that Jacinda is no better than Stalin.

      • Yes,
Judith is right to bypass arguing with Faafoi..

We will have to see how the Media spin things to try and protect Jacinda from an onslaught by both Judith and David Seymour.
I suspect we are going to get weeks and weeks of dangerous variant stories.

  30. Illegal vaccine link to Gulf war syndrome 30 Jul 2001

The illness known as Gulf war syndrome looks likely to have been caused by an illegal vaccine “booster” given by the Ministry of Defence to protect soldiers against biological weapons, according to the results of a new series of tests.
Scientists in the United States found that symptoms of the illness were the same for service personnel who received the injections whether or not they served in the Gulf.

Seems the huge expense is to keep up with the joneses and a FOMO.

Antarctica New Zealand’s business case for the redevelopment, obtained by Newshub under the Official Information Act, says if it doesn’t get a new base, we could lose our presence on the ice completely. This would happen at a time when other nations are upping their investment.

  32. The court martial tweet must have been about this.

Linton soldier is the first New Zealander to be charged with espionage

A soldier who led a white nationalist group has been charged with espionage, and is the first person to face such an accusation of threatening New Zealand’s security by giving information to another country or foreign organisation.
The Defence Force on Wednesday said the soldier, who has name suppression, would face a court martial on 17 charges including multiple counts of espionage, attempted espionage, accessing a computer system for dishonest purposes, and possessing an objectionable publication.
Much of the detail of the allegations remains unknown, including the information the soldier obtained and which country or foreign organisation he shared the information with.
