    • There will be a power pole buy-back.

Gangs are expected to store illegal power poles in their secret lairs while honest citizens are expected to give up their power poles out front in order to save the lives.

His Excellency, Field Marshall, Professor, Doctor Sean Hendy has done an Excel model to prove that 80,000 teenage lives will be lost in the next 10 years if there is no buyback and lockdown of power poles.

Woke Waka huhu bug has expressed concerns about the ability to charge electric cars but Part Time PM has made an announcement that she will soon announce that Nanaia Mahuta will lead an investigation into the power pole buy-back.
says ardern “Minister Mahuta is fast following in the footsteps of former ‘super- Ministers’ Bill Birch and Steven Joyce in her ability to solve complex and challenging issues. ”

Waka huhu bug (the massive failure formerly known as NZTA; so it was best to change its name) has allocated 30 of its 175 PR consultants to focus on saving the power poles and will print bumper stickers of ‘Save our Power Poles’ and start a twitter campaign #nopowerpoleleftbehind

Spokesman for Vector Energy was approached for comment and they* said “ardern is all piss and wind, the power poles will still be there in 10 years. Announcements are just that. Bloody yik yak, But at Vector we will have a ‘wear your scarf to work day’ in memory of these dead young hoons ”

    • Well i rekon they need to go install sharp blades on every powerpole, if a clean cut was made to that car rather then the horrofic blunt impact then possibly lives would be saved.

Such a sad event tho, i lost multiple freinds and classmates on nseveral occasions when we hit that age, 1 really hit when 2 killed and 1 good mate were crictically injured in a middle of the night crash and our schoolbus went past the next morning and the mangled wreck was still wrapped around the tree stump.

      • That must have been tough, I wonder how many of those pupils retained that scene and the consequences forever, we were all so bullet proof in those days. I worked with a young 18 year old, was on the desk beside me, who was killed when he drove into a pole on Tram Road, Rangiora about 50 years ago. Never forgotten that but I know I never thought about it when out boozing/driving in those formative years.
Never mind though, the driver has put out a Facebook entry from the hospital bed saying how sorry he is that his car is wrecked – no sorry that he killed 5 15/16 year olds. I do wonder just what will the judge do with him?

        • Phil, some time later they bought the car to the school so everyone could see it. The shock factor was huge for many, i remember quite a few ppl vomiting etc at the sight of ot as there was still a hell of alot of dried blood staining etc. Of the 4 occupants only 1 wore a seatbelt… they were unscathed and ran for help.
Dont know if seatbelts would have saved many of those kids in timaru tho as the car was that totalled.

      • There’s a good use for all them old used truck tyres!
Before they stick new poles in the ground, they should have half a dozen truck tyres around the base of them!
Just think how many lives they will save!
Car tyres are no good, too soft!

      • IAASB, that wouldn’t happen these days ,half the kids in their school will have a week off with stress leave, wanna be child psychologists will descend by the dozen, tons of flowers will turn up on the side of the road placed there by little kids that never even knew these 15 year olds and mothers that had never heard of the poor buggers that died will fight for a chance of make a statement in front of the TV camera teams that will stay for days in case something in the 19 year old drivers past comes out…
That I’m very sad to say is NZ 2021.

  1. Good morning everyone. O hope you have a great day and not so much rain perhaps would be a change, but like the government it keeps on continuing on. After the weekend, looks like National never want to be government again. I could not believe that Peter Goodflellow was re-elected as president, life gets stranger and stranger. As to todays opening picture, I wish that were so. Mike Tyson would sort this shit out for ever.

That was a suicide right there, by the Notional pardy.

her latest White House briefing is a ripper.
She explains to the room full of mostly obedient woke face nappy wearers.
“My kindergarten child is really happy to wear a face nappy all day.
Jacinda Kate Laurell needs to step up to the plate and join the the conga of idiots.
I will be criticised if I mention Neve, but Jen can use her poor child as a prop and its all fine with the left.
One big advantage is if she takes the child to the white house and sleepy has a “hairs prickling up moment” the face nappy will muffle the screams.

    • Question needed to be asked of that authorized adviser/officer, like to ascertain his identity, of the consulting 4 year degree clipboard, tick box health advisor like, is he really the lost Elvis Presley? and if not to then prove otherwise.
      ..
From a comment:- I slightly edited to a better layout.
Arrest, for non compliance, to a medical intervention, that is an experimental medical trial, Mask wearing, Social Distancing are None proven,
      .
Medical interventions what they claim is an assumption. As we now see, litigation for injuries, caused by masks, to children, and others who a forced to wear them , for their work: are becoming more prevalent.
With Government mandating masks, claiming keeping you and the community safe, with all their own literature, and recommendations, of safety and duty of care, with the 50 Cent , non- compliant devices, which have No Standards:
      .
No Certification, No Certification marking, which means they are suitable and offer 95 percent protection, as required for industry Standards,
The Government, only recommends, in its own literature, Masks:: that meet those standards, I.e. ‘ N’ series Medical Masks.
      .
Cloth, sub- standard, cotton gauze, are not recommended for long term use,
This information is in the Governments own documentation :
When you read the industry standards, for wearing , maintaining, and disposal and most importantly, the time that is recommended, for how long, the mask remains functional, before becoming detrimental to the individual wearing same:
Dependent on the Environment and Conditions, of the workplace, for the high series ‘ N’ Certification mask, 85 minutes:!
      .
So, wearing el-cheapo, rags on your face, for protection, is Medical mis-information, it is unworkable , detrimental to health and best practice, reckless and negligent, and breaches, ‘Duty of Care’, ‘Best Practice’, as set out in Industry guidelines and Standards.
      .
I have my States Act S.A. for the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012: under the Work Health and Safety Act, 2012: All 700 pages of it:
What is Transcribed therein, is every nut , bolt, licensing, conduct, process, you can imagine of equipment, standards of said equipment and plant:
Procedures for managing and disposal of hazardous waste, Asbestos, for example, explosives , Chemical waste, on land and water; to the letter,
Substantial penalties for any shortcuts, improper paperwork, negligent reporting.
It is Extensive as it is extreme , some might say, yet this is what it takes:
      .
You cannot wear a non- standard Motorcycle Helmet, Bicycle Helmet, it must display the appropriate Safety Standard.
Yet, when faced with the so called “deadliest dis-ease” , allegedly known to man, a publicized killer, anything will do.
The virus , that one which knows if your standing up or sitting down, or when you eating, there are no real Standards for protection. Just compliance, so then the dis- ease, will know your ok:!
      .
Hazardous Waste, used masks, where do they go, into the landfill, on the street, into the Ocean, into every corner of the environment, and they said, plastic bags were a problem
“Duty of Care” , abandoned for compliance.

      .
Make them work that clip board to tick all those 700 page tickboxes, and stress them out for being in such an over paid job-worth.. 🙂

EPB chair: Don’t take away pharmacists’ Covid vaccine indemnity

English Pharmacy Board chair Thorrun Govind has written to Nadhim Zahawi, the minister responsible for Covid vaccine deployment, to express her concern that pharmacies taking part in the vaccination programme this autumn and winter will no longer be insured by the government.

In her letter to Mr Zahawi, Ms Govind (pictured) said she was “surprised and concerned” that pharmacists providing Covid jabs as part of phase three of the roll-out will have to pay for their own indemnity and called on him to “look into this as soon as possible to treat pharmacists fairly”.

West Auckland residents are fuming after taxpayer money to the tune of $192,000 was spent painting a local intersection bright blue as part of an under-fire pedestrian safety trial.

Documents supplied to the New Zealand Herald under the Official Information Act show the trialled changes – many of which will soon be removed – cost taxpayers and Auckland ratepayers a stinging total of $851,069.

The paint job alone came with a price tag of $192,666, as well as $500,000 in construction costs, not counting any materials.

More than $18,000 was shelled out on wooden pot plant holders, with concrete pipe planters costing an additional $51,557. Bollards cost $17,000, and a decking area was priced at $31,610.

    • …. “Purchaser acknowledges…the long-term effects and efficacy of the Vaccine are not currently known and that there may be adverse effects of the Vaccine that are not currently known.” ….
… Purchaser acknowledges that that the product shall not be serialized …..

“Purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS Pfizer, BioNTech (and) their Affiliates…from and against any and all suits, claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, settlements, penalties, fines, costs and expenses…” ….
… The state must defend Pfizer: ….

      Confidentiality, part 3:
The contract must be kept confidential for 10 years.
      Why 30yrs in Israel?

“The provisions of this Section 10 (Confidential Information) shall survive the termination or expiration of the this Agreement for a period of ten (10) years”
      https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1419653002818990085.html

I wonder if not “serialized”, then who knows what & when any of the ingredients in that jab may be changed, or conditions of delivery were not complied with, like for how long it was in, and to what level of refrigeration.

It all seems like a one way street, for Pfizer to include a lot more than just the liability of the vaccine. but to stop any “discovery” of anything, then sown up by the Privacy Agreements, and which & whatever they may be applied.

I would like to know who officially signed the NZ agreement with Pfizer?
When was it talked about at the Cabinet table?
Did it go to the Labour caucus, though I doubt that, but who knows?
What other advice did they get, and from who about that contract?

Another FOI REQUEST shared by a UK scientist (PhD):

“Recently I made two FOI requests to the MHRA.
    Please provide me with the:

1 Full nucleotide base sequence for all of the COVID vaccines approved by the MHRA

2 Biodistribution, half-life and known toxicity of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein produced cellularly after COVID vaccination

I was somewhat surprised by the response I got to the first FOI request that I’ve copied below:

“Regarding your request, dated 14 July 2021, for supporting documentation for full nucleotide base sequence for the mRNA used in both the Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines and full nucleotide base sequence used in the recombinant DNA of the Oxford-AstraZeneca and Johnson and Johnson vaccines is exempt under Section 41 (Information provided in confidence) and Section 43 (Commercial interests) of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act.
Section 41 is an absolute exemption and no consideration of the public interest is required, except to state that we consider its disclosure to constitute an actionable breach of confidence.

Section 43 is a qualified exemption and a consideration of the public interest should be made. We have considered the public interest and cannot see any public interest argument that outweighs the commercial harm in providing commercial secrets to competitors, who would be able to use this information to aid the development of their own rival product”
They did not address the second question.”

If we are not allowed to know what is in the injections, how can we give informed consent?

Written by someone named Cliff Fincham It seemed appropriate to the situation we currently find ourselves in , and too good to not post:

    Alice in Blunderland
    .
Alice followed the white rabbit down the tunnel and found herself in a very strange place where there was a fancy dress party in progress and lots of noise. She asked the rabbit the name of this strange place.
    “Aotearoa”, he replied.
“I have never heard of that,” she said to him.
“Some man came up with the name to assist in giving Maori a history.”
Just then a man started to stamp his feet and roll his eyes and poked out his tongue shouting and waving a stick.
“I think he is having an epileptic fit,” said Alice.
“That is the Mad Hatter”, replied the rabbit, “he always behaves like that if he can’t get his own way.”
“Golly,” said Alice, “I would be sent to my room for behaving like that.”
“Who is that lady with the big smile handing out all those piles of money?”
“That is the Queen of Hearts, she will give you some too, if you ask.”
“Golly,” Alice said again. “won’t she run out if that’s the case?”
“No, she will print more.” The rabbit replied.
“I keep seeing a smiling cat which disappears just when I want to see it better.”
“That is the ghost of Winston, enjoying the chaos he caused.”
“Who is the woman in the feather cloak, my friend Greta would be so upset to see how many birds were killed to make that.”
“Shhh,” said the rabbit, “she likes to think she is a conservationist! Don’t say anything Alice or you will be punished for hate speech.”
“What? exclaimed Alice “for speaking the truth?
“And I can’t say anything because I am a white rabbit, and will be accused of racism.”
“I have never heard such nonsense,” replied Alice, “colour makes life interesting and attractive, it is bad behaviour which is intolerable.”
“It is because of perceived past wrongs,” mumbled the rabbit.
“More nonsense,” said Alice, “what is past is just that, past! Not a thing you can do to change it. Just get on with things. I don’t like Aotearoa, Rabbit, I want to go back to New Zealand, where everyone was happy before I heard of all this sick thinking.”
“I will come with you Alice, I don’t see why I should apologize for being white anymore.”
“Quite right,” said Alice, “that mad queen will run out of money soon, then Aotearoa will become Blunderland!”

-It involves Notional peoples in a row boat with blue tee shirts.
    – Various Blue: Lite Blue; Dark Blue; Blue/Green (Air NZ Teal) ; Purple (for the sexters and sex pests) ; Sky blue (for the sky fairy-people) ; electric blue (for the EV car suckers) but no Steel Blue
-They are all rowing in different directions.
-The boat is sinking because of all the leaks
-Chris Luxon is standing at the bow in a Jesus pose with hands held out, beard, and long flowing hair (supplied by Weta workshop)
-Paul Goldsmith is using his oar to push other boats out of the way saying ‘Don’t you know who I am’
-and the theme tune is Bruce Springsteen’s ‘Glory Days’ sort of illegally dubbed and yet to face a lawsuit.

National cabinet ruling: Senator Rex Patrick claims a ‘magnificent victory’ for transparency

Independent Senator Rex Patrick has claimed a “magnificent victory” for transparency and urged the Prime Minister to change the way he does business after the Administrative Appeals Tribunal found national cabinet is not a “cabinet”.
The landmark ruling on Thursday may be subject to appeal, but it essentially means documents from the currently weekly gathering of commonwealth, state and territory leaders are not privy to cabinet-in-confidence protections and are now subject to freedom of information laws.

Opinion: Why is New Zealand’s Labour government trying to push through a two-tier benefit system?
    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/politics/2021/08/opinion-why-is-new-zealand-s-labour-government-trying-to-push-through-a-two-tier-benefit-system.html

OPINION: If it goes ahead, the social insurance scheme currently being discussed behind closed doors would be the biggest change to New Zealand’s welfare system since the introduction of the accident compensation scheme in 1974.

That change took a royal commission, seven years’ debate and hard, considered work to prepare the ground.

This time, a small group of trade union officials, business representatives and public servants is busy developing a scheme that would introduce a two-tier benefit structure into the welfare system.

And it appears the government is only promising a discussion document once the shape of such a scheme is formulated. It’s expected this will present a single preferred social insurance policy option, no non-insurance alternatives, and a plan to have legislation passed before the next election.

What is clear, however, is a social insurance scheme (sometimes being referred to as a social unemployment insurance scheme) will almost certainly favour those with higher long-term incomes at the expense of those on the lowest incomes. Others, like many school leavers, sole parents and people with disabilities, won’t qualify at all.

    • A precursor to social credit and UBI. The divvying up of our savings and hard earned money needs a framework. This is it.

Also, apparently, if you are injured from the vaccine, your doctor is the only person who can lodge a claim to ACC for your injury. That will be interesting, because Doctors with reputations to uphold and a financial stake in Pharmaceutical companies will do everything in their power to say it wasn’t the jab. Also, they can pick an ailment from your medical history and claim it as the reason for your injury.
Governments are immunising themselves from culpability by making you, the recipient, the cause of an innoculation injury.

Informed consent disclosure to vaccine trial subjects of risk of COVID‐19 vaccines worsening clinical disease

Conclusions drawn from the study and clinical implications:
The specific and significant COVID‐19 risk of ADE should have been and should be prominently and independently disclosed to research subjects currently in vaccine trials, as well as those being recruited for the trials and future patients after vaccine approval, in order to meet the medical ethics standard of patient comprehension for informed consent.

Compare and contrast this region, that Fauci does not mention, being a “blue state”

The city’s largest music festival is being held at full capacity from July 29 to Aug. 1. It comes at a time when the city is seeing its average daily number of new cases more than double in a matter of weeks.
Still, Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot and the city’s top doctor both doubled down on their support of the event during a coronavirus update last week.

    https://www.nbcchicago.com/news/local/lollapalooza-begins-in-chicago-and-it-is-packed/2571744/

7;34 Vaccine mandates, but listen to Fauci’s reply on how not government mandatory,
8 :10 points out the FDA will fully approve the vaccines, with in the next few weeks, this month of August, but then that will allow the setting it out, to become mandatory at the local level, like at colleges, universities, businesses, etc..

Fauci continues on with his propaganda.

No media talks about ADE, whether autopsies should be done, or blood tests, like for D-dimer.
After all it is trial, and experiment phase, and one would think that this type of monitoring would be automatic.

  24. Oh we are doomed. White Supremacists are a real threat to New Zealand … or maybe not

During their time as a member of Action Zealandia, Weir found the covert organisation consists of 30 active members, with an estimated eight “supporters” on the fringes of the group – at least three of whom are women.

30 members. Devastating. And the probably the most extreme thing they say is that White Lives Matter.

    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/new-zealand/2021/08/critic-te-arohi-journalist-goes-undercover-to-reveal-insider-information-from-within-neo-nazi-group-action-zealandia-and-this-is-what-he-found.html

Oh shit, I may already be a member…. “Other revelations from within Action Zealandia’s ranks include the group’s hard anti-vaccination stance, with its leaders instructing members to refuse immunisation against COVID-19, even if it meant falsifying documents. ”

Ooh this is terrible…. “Actions undertaken by the group including making submissions against the proposed hate speech legislation, proposing the creation of a front organisation to make more submissions, outlining plans to infiltrate political parties, and attempting to plaster ‘White Lives Matter’ posters across Dunedin this year. ”

I think most of us on this blog could claim honory membership….

    • That’s the stupidity of the propaganda accusing and denigrating ordinary NZ’ers as “white supremacists”. It is purely to change the behaviour of mainstream NZ. Criticism of thought processes, toe the current politically approved speech or you will be cancelled for your common sense thought and accused of being a white supremacist.

      • People who call others “white supremacists” as a knee-jerk reaction have probably a very different idea of what a “white supremacist” actually is to what most of us here have.

To them, a “white supremacist” is anything they want it to be. All you have to be is white, and even that may not be a good guide. I have heard of black “white supremacists.” At this point, things are starting to get weird. We are getting down to the quantum level of English, where weird stuff pops out of nowhere for no reason.

  25. I’m sending this note just to those like you who supported our predecessor organisation, the Free Speech Coalition, to update you on our litigation that saw us start this cause back in 2018 in response to Phil Goff’s outrageous statements (which turned out to be untrue!) that he had ‘banned’ two controversial Canadian speakers.

We have some great news to report – the Supreme Court has granted us leave to appeal the Court of Appeal’s substantive decision. In short, that means the Supreme Court has agreed with us that the case raises important legal questions on a matter of general public importance worthy of the Court’s time (there is no automatic right to appeal and very few are granted leave).

We were not allowed to share publicly the submissions of our lawyers, and Auckland Council (RFAL) until the decision had been released. Click here to read our submissions and RFAL’s submissions (the latter arguing against the Supreme Court granting leave).

The submissions summarise the likely arguments that will be run in the substantive appeal.
    Background https://www.fsu.nz/supreme_court_submissions?e=b199ce1dddedd8be0ac30a7c7a88dc6a&utm_source=freespeech&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=20210806_supreme_court_appeal&n=3

The Free Speech Coalition (now Union) was born out of an effort to crowdfund for this legal fight after Mayor Phil Goff ostensibly ‘banned’ two controversial Canadian speakers, Lauren Southern and Stephen Molyneux, from speaking at a Council-owned venue because he deplored their views.

Once we filed the High Court proceedings, it was revealed that Mayor Goff did not personally make the decision to cancel the event despite having gloated on Twitter and on Radio NZ that he did. Rather, the decision was made by Regional Facilities Auckland Ltd (RAFL) personnel only hours after receiving an email threat from Auckland Peace Action to blockade the event venue four weeks before the event was to take place. No investigation into the credibility of the threat or what measures might have been taken to manage it took place at any stage.

Though we were forced to abandon the application for injunctive relief (asking the High Court to reverse the Mayor’s apparent decision and force the re-establishment of the particular event) we decided to proceed to the substantive judicial review on the basis that we couldn’t allow the situation where councils curtail to the ‘thug’s veto’.

We were shocked when the High Court ruled that our plaintiffs were on a “personal crusade” and didn’t have standing to bring the case. The Court also held that the decision to cancel the event was not judicially reviewable because RFAL’s decision did not, in the Judge’s opinion, involve an exercise of public power and the venues were technically held in trust.

To our relief, the Court of Appeal reversed the most disturbing parts of the High Court Judgement, holding that RFAL must uphold free speech rights as if it were the Council. It also held that our plaintiffs did have standing to bring the case and we were relieved by the appeal decision to cut the costs awarded against us by 70% because of the importance of the issues and public interest in our bringing the case.

The Court of Appeal decision is available here.https://www.fsu.nz/r?u=9g-hQKRcSqWoOTpvxkNQHwQjTfgATbKZeAg1D5DBQXxR9sDfXK50H4NzwgYMrsujUHklM24s0J3GAalY1hpQhWRGeqhn_eU5CWTQ0nqryi57hXRWDXnKC2smGqmQ8JZwlt1ysKJchpOo9rnxVDIlbzLa1gsiwOaLrn9a33SP1sQiEjEmWg8mXEs2TW1AHtbEotlrLGw0qfJYSul6N8raEQ&e=b199ce1dddedd8be0ac30a7c7a88dc6a&utm_source=freespeech&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=20210806_supreme_court_appeal&n=4

That being so, the Court of Appeal ultimately found the decision to cancel the event to be a ‘justified limit’ on freedom of expression. Under section 5 of the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act, the rights contained within can be ‘justifiably limited’ but only by “such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society”.

In holding that the decision to cancel the event was a justified limit on free expression, the Court of Appeal considered the purported failings of the event organisers (in particular the Court of Appeal was critical of the event organisers for not warning RFAL venue management of the possibility of law-breaking protest at the time of booking), the experience of RFAL personnel, the venue hire agreement and the protest noise over the preceding week. The Court of Appeal held that the “heckler’s veto” concept we put forward had a general application as part of the section 5 analysis but did not go on to analyse it or consider its implications under section 5 in any detail.

    To recap, we won:

    on the point that Bill of Rights Act obligations (including freedom of speech) apply to councils and their subsidiaries that control public venues. In other words, Councils can’t hide behind “independent” managers – the Court of Appeal overruled the High Court on this point;
    in a terse reversal of the lower court’s incomprehensible ruling that we were not bringing a case of public interest and importance;
    in a similarly brusque dismissal of the lower court’s decision that our representative plaintiffs were on a personal crusade and did not have standing to bring the case;
in statements about the importance of free speech and obligations not to assert health and safety fears without proper foundation; and
in getting the costs award against us cut by 70%, because of the public interest nature of our case. This is an unusually large discount. We could say it suggests we have been upheld 70% and lost as to 30% but that is not necessarily the way these things are calculated.

    We lost:

    on our key argument that the cancellation decision should have been made after much more investigation of ways to diminish the protestor threats to health and safety. The Court of Appeal says the speaking tour organisers were not upfront enough with the venue managers about the protest risks. We think this is a shame. In other contexts victim blaming is called out, but not this time;
in that the Court fails to give a clear steer on just how important it is to ensure that Thugs’ Veto does not win. The judges have weaved around the issue, saying we do not have US-style law, and citing similar Canadian evasions where thugs have defeated free speech. They say our judges will have to develop law that suits New Zealand, but don’t take the opportunity to do so; and
in that the Court treated our withdrawal of our lawsuit against the Mayor as if it made his false claim immaterial. We hoped that the Court would mention the context of the case, in that it came about when the Mayor claimed publicly that he’d banned the speakers from Council venues. As it turned out he was lying but the Court just didn’t go on to say directly that if his claim had been true, it would have been unlawful. We think that conclusion underlies the decision, but it would have been better to have it stated clearly.

The Court of Appeal judges stopped after describing the thug’s veto problem as if solving it was not their job, instead treating it like some sort of abstract long-term project when they had a perfect opportunity to address it head-on. We asked them to say how much should be done about thuggish threats before they can override free speech rights but after summarising the different approaches in other countries, they passed that ball into space – they basically didn’t pick a side.

So we decided to seek leave to appeal to the Supreme Court. Backing our case, Professor Philip Joseph, the author of New Zealand’s leading textbook on Constitutional and Administrative Law, has volunteered to support the Free Speech Union’s lead barrister Jack Hodder QC before the Supreme Court.
    What’s next?

While the Court of Appeal Judgement represented a substantial improvement on the High Court Judgement, it leaves the right to freedom of expression vulnerable to vague threats of violence. Free speech rights in public spaces and venues across New Zealand need protection from such a dangerous precedent. As it stands, the Court of Appeal Judgement allows a threatened unlawful action (a blockade, with an implicit threat of intimidation) to effectively curtail the lawful exercise of fundamental rights.

Once we have a hearing date for the appeal, we’ll let you know.

  27. Last night I saw some figures for the viewing of Nigel Farage’s show on GB News. It was something like 160K and they said this was more than the BBC and Sky News combined. I presume it was for a particular time slot. They are very numbers so it shows what a small percentage of the population take an interest in the news. You see the same in the USA. Tucker Carlson is top news guy but his viewing figure are only about 3million (last time I saw them a few months ago) . It shows how politicians can get away with a lot things –people are just not up to date with what is going on.

Some woman in the shop asked me if I was vaccinated.

“Do you like anal?” I replied.

She gasped and said loudly “Excuse me!!!”

“Well, since we are asking questions that are none of our fucking business; it seemed rather relevant.” – I said.

So my guess is that she’s had the vaccine – but doesn’t do anal.

    https://www.newshub.co.nz/home/new-zealand/2021/08/greta-thunberg-enrages-kiwis-with-tweet-targeting-new-zealand-s-greenhouse-gas-emissions.html
Thunberg shared an article from The Guardian headlined ‘Emissions from cows on New Zealand dairy farms reach record levels’. She also pulled a quote from the story to tweet alongside it that says: “New Zealand is one of the world’s worst performers on emission increases. Its emissions rose by 57 percent between 1990 and 2018 – the second greatest increase of all industrialised countries.”

“You’re also welcome to look into the fact that unlike any other country in the world, 50 percent of our emissions are in a sector that currently has no realistic ways of reducing emissions in a meaningful way, and an electricity sector which is already 85 percent renewable,” one person said.

Another said that New Zealand accounts for less than 0.1 percent of global carbon dioxide emissions, so it would be important to tackle the bigger polluters first.

    • We know that Greta is a wind-up toy that keeps repeating phrases that get programmed into her. Nothing she says is correct and trying to debate the inaccuracy of what she is saying is like trying to debate the chemical structure of the “groovy pink unicorns” that a mental hospital patient is seeing around him.

The moment we start debating that “50 percent of our emissions are in a sector that currently has no realistic ways of reducing emissions in a meaningful way” or “New Zealand accounts for less than 0.1 percent of global carbon dioxide emissions”, we have already lost the war. Because in doing so, we are acknowledging and implying that these emissions exist, and that they are harmful, but justifying why we can’t change it.

Cows fart, and have always done so, as the bison, wildebeests, dinosaurs, cave me, etc did long ago. There are many things mankind need to do to clean up planet earth, but farming is not one of them.

  31. I think we know what does this to the body.

Dr Byron Ardis was interviewed by Dr Reiner Fuellmich recently.
He says in October 2020 The FDA listed a new side-effect from the vax that affects children called Multi-system Inflammatory Syndrome (MIS-C). A brand new disease.
It causes severe inflammation of multiple organs in the body.
Ardis says not a single case has been reported in Vaers, yet there has already been 4,200 cases reported to the CDC with 40 children dying.

    • More evidence that the Vaccine is not what they say it is. From my understanding, a general principle of vaccines is that if a vaccine is doing its job correctly, the only reaction/side effect of the vaccine, is the same reaction your body would have if it was fighting the real thing.

I’m not a flu vaccine advocate, but the effect of a flu vaccine should at worst be the same as getting the flu. e.g. runny nose, chest pains, high temperature, fever etc. Some of these effects are not caused by the flu, but the body’s attempt to deal with the flu, and expel the flu from your body. So it makes sense that a flu vaccine may, but not always produce similar symptoms, and not in all people. Some people with better immune systems can fight off the flu, without raising a sweat – literally.

Vaccines have historically been dead virus/bacterial material, so that the body can get a good look at what the invader looks like, sample it, and produce anti-bodies without the invader fighting back.

Side effects that do not match the body’s response to any virus vaccine are suspect.

      2

      0

      • As has been already posted on YSB through links, the spike protein is the real threat to the body. The ‘biology’ of most but not all of the rest of the lab created Covid-19 is concerned with replication. Which is why anti-parasitical drugs work wonders.

The spike protein carries large positive electrical charge, which impacts the ability of the body to absorb oxygen. This results in Hypoxemia / Hypoxia and literally starves the body of oxygen. With Hypoxia, the entire body goes into shock and body wide inflammation occurs, with this commonly called the cytokine storm.

If the/any Covid vaccines is to be effective, it has to produce anti-bodies that enable the phages / macrophages to attack / kill / devour and ‘rugby tackle’ / ‘pounce on’ the invaders and have them carried safely out of the lungs on the lungs conveyor belt – the mucous / cilia hairs that line the inside of the lungs.

We know, and the authorities admit, that the vaccine does not stop you getting infected, and by implication stop the virus replicating, nor does it stop you re-transmitting the virus, but it “might” lessen the effects. Something that anti-parasiticals would do a better job of. Putting it simply, the vaccine does fuck all good.

If you compare the virus to a grizzly bear you are hunting, or if it is hunting you, any good hunter will tell you when you encounter the bear, you need to have a gun big enough to kill it, and you shoot to kill. Because if you only give it a slight flesh wound, you will piss it off and it will not stop until it catches you and tears you limb from limb. Even if you are lucky to outrun it, it may track you by scent and attack you at your campsite. Going after Covid-19 with a lame vaccine, is like going after a bear with a slug gun. Clearly the vaccine is not teaching the body’s defenses to recognise Covid-19, and in addition is wrecking havoc and creating it’s own damage.

You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to work out that it the vaccine does not enable your body to kill the virus, and stop it getting past your lungs’ defenses, and allowing it to gain hold in your body, it will replicate. Has not the fear porn pundits told us the virus is way smarter than your average bear virus? Virus usually mutate, but this one is a shape shifter. So if you piss off the virus with a lame vaccine that does not empower your body to kill it, it will mutate to survive. Hence the continual variants.

And as for side effects, that is another topic.

    • A good point nasska.
To stay below the radar, so that whatever reasoning ability is not overwhelmed, to trigger shut down, but enough to intrigue, so any further investigation on their part, allows a bit more deeper consideration, with some self questioning.

1786 U.S. Congressman Fisher Ames, an influential voice of the Federalists;-
I have heard it remarked, “that men are not to be reasoned out of an opinion that they have not reasoned themselves into”.
The case, though important, is simple. Government does not subsist by making proselytes to sound reason, or by compromise and arbitration with its members; but by the power of the community compelling the obedience of individuals.

      Another version
They are perfectly aware how little ground there can be to hope that men may be reasoned out of their errours, [sic] when in fact they were never reasoned into them, but adopted them from prejudice, passion, or policy.

Based on Johnathon Swift’s and used in differing ways.

Sowing the seed, to mix a metaphor, of a snowball of other logic starts to occur.
