  1. FFS, Fox news are dedicating 25% of their news segments to 1 missing nutcase 23 year old woman, whilst their Country is falling apart they are obsessed with 1 possible murder.
At the same time in some cities dozens of people are being shot and killed every 24 hours, never thought I’d say it but in this fucking Ardern lockdown I find myself watching CNN more than Fox … JJEEEEZZ.

    • Its amazing OS weve just about done a full 180°, maori screamed racism/victim due to back in the day maori kids got punished for talking in te reo at school, give it a few years and kids will get punished if they dont speak it 🙁
Social justice already punishes and cancels those in the public arena that wont/dont implement a te reo word salad

This is where compassion leads us it eventially comes back to haunt us. Its a pity NZ wasnt conquered properly in the beginning by the spanish or the french so there would be none of these problems today, the stupid soft brits fucked up bigly.

        • Raising dumb kids to fit in with the dumbest race is the aim of schools. Never mind about reading, writing and arithmetic.
Asian children will be at the top of every class and may start their own school just for themselves and no one else!

          19

            • Some Asian governments partially fund private evening schools for the benefit of the children of their expat nationals living in Auckland. These schools function as versions of the state schools of their home countries.

You can see the problem facing the family of a Japanese employee stationed in Auckland. Let’s say that Mr. Tanaka (with his wife and two children) is stationed in Auckland for couple of years. Mr. Tanaka might be a civil servant or an employee of a Japanese corporation with a branch office in Auckland.

In Japanese culture, it is vitally important for a child to have language proficiency to be able to pass the all-important examinations to enter prestigeous universities. Living in New Zealand, a Japanese child will not be getting taught math or Japanese history in Japanese. Granted, their English acquisition will be outstanding, but how will they handle a science test in Japanese for admission to a Japanese university after they return to Tokyo? Big problem.

What Japanese parents would stunt their child’s opportunities for advancement in the Japanese education system?

To help solve this problem, the Japanese government partially funds after-hours evening classes in a variety of subjects for a variety of ages, that mirror the school curriculum back home. These courses are only open to children who are citizens of Japan. The purpose is to keep their native language on life support for the couple of years that they are “out of the education loop” so that they can re-integrate upon their return to the home world.

  2. You do have to wonder what chucked the mother down south over the edge?
Both worked in a hospital, so masks etc are the norm.
If they where refugees from the back of beyond, I could understand it!
You imagine a alien or someone just come out of the bush from a trip with no contact.

    • Compunding factors sooty, just look at the bullshit in SA they wouldve endured before coming to NZ, add in 2 weeks holed up in miq to further deplete mental health and strain the family, im not sure if she was working here but by the sounds of it its her 1st time being a full time parent without a nanny to deal with all the shit parts of being a mum.

A recipie for disaster, for a mother to snap and kill her kids like that she must have been under severe mental pressure. Usually this shit happens because of bitter custody disputes.

    • Mother had nanny in Saffa.
      too much stress for her.
Imagine being locked up for two weeks in a small room with all 5 of them. Thats what MIQ does.

This is blood on Jacinda’s hands again but you can be sure she won’t accept that responsibility in her attempt to rule the world.
      There’s lots more.
In my so far long and varied life I cannot ever remember Kiwi’s being so frightened and bullied and generally agrow towards one another, ever. Even after the war when men came home battered and beaten, the community got together and went about fixing it.

Not this lot, they are full speed ahead promoting division and racism and their version of politics. They sneer at anyone with a different point of view.
The stats at the end, whenever that is, are going to tell a very sad tale for many families.
I work hard everyday to monitor how my staff and my tenants are coping. Some are struggling. These days I seem to be more psychologist then anything else.
why, because I believe in my people and family. Unlike these arseholes in power.

I wouldn’t piss on her if she was on fire.

      • Thank you for your inside into how hard this is for people Viking. It’s very true, so many people I have spoken with are feeling the strain of this lockdown be it level 2 or 4. It’s hideous and affects us all. The strain of being in a small room with 5 people especially if it was the dreadful type mentioned yesterday would be far too much for many people to cope with. My heart goes out to that woman her husband and the family back in South Africa. There will be many more who are affected mentally who are just not able to cope with it all, the loss of motivation in people is huge. DL doesn’t give a fat rats ass about the actual people of this country. She is a despotic ruler and has no care at all. This be kind is just total bullshit she just says it for a lark, and why the majority of New Zealanders cannot see it is beyond me.

    • This does not help Prison Warden ardern’s murder stats – which have not been released since 2017 when Nats were there.
      Used to be annual,

Another set of numbers that went pear-shaped for horse-face.
      and then hidden.
      Like the suicide numbers.

And still the dummy sheeple of ao tea zealand don’t see a problem .
They dont, and who would have thunk that universal franchise and letting all dummies vote would lead to this self imposed tyranny.
      Its a paradox

      14

      • If the murder and/or suicide rates are increasing, the last thing you want to do is to publish them. It would not be a good look for your “regime of kindness.”

What a great opportunity for National or ACT to promise the people of New Zealand that the truth will be made known if they are elected. I’d vote for that.

        9

      • Narcissistic DL has so much blood on her hands for both murder, suicide and attempted suicide-murder. She should be the one of trial for this devastating situation, and all the other people who have given up and taken their own life, or someone else’s.

No doubt you all remember back when she was on the campaign trail as Labour Leader 10 September 2017, flashing those teeth and promising to be our new saviour:

When it comes to suicide, Jacinda Ardern doesn’t believe in setting a target “that’s anything other than zero”.

“Anything else suggests we have a tolerance for loss to suicide in New Zealand, and we shouldn’t have a tolerance for loss to suicide in New Zealand,” the Labour Party leader said at Parliament on Sunday.

Ardern was teary-eyed as she spoke to a hundreds-strong crowd, next to 606 pairs of shoes on the Parliament lawn – each representing a person who died by suicide in the 2016/17 year.
        https://www.stuff.co.nz/national/politics/96692936/labour-leader-jacinda-ardern-tells-families-of-those-lost-to-suicide-you-will-be-heard

And then in 2019 Liebour was so proud of it’s “well-being” budget and launching its suicide prevention office 🙁
        https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/government-launches-office-to-tackle-suicide-rates/JMEM2KZJOBBAGXWU6G565JZWHI/

        But July 2021:

In a highly unusual move, National has given a Labour MP one of its slots to speak in Parliament on mental health.

During a debate this afternoon on the Zero Suicide report, National MP Matt Doocey told the House that Labour MP Louisa Wall was blocked from speaking by her own party, describing it as “absolutely disgusting”.

“Sadly we lost provisionally 654 Kiwis last year,” he told Parliament.

About 150,000 New Zealanders think about taking their life, 50,000 make a suicide plan and 20,000 attempt to take their own life; “the harsh truth behind suicide in New Zealand”.

There was no reason this country could not have one of the lowest suicide rates in the world or the highest rates of mental wellbeing – “political will” would make the difference, Doocey said.

He wanted to keep the debate non-political but was highly critical of Labour for its treatment of its own MP.

“What I think was absolutely disgusting is Labour blocked Louisa Wall from taking a call in this debate. Louisa Wall is a founding member of the cross-party mental health group. She championed this report and worked hard on it,” he said.

“She has been blocked from taking a call on this debate so National has given Louisa one … of our calls. Because it’s important that Louisa has a call in this debate.”

        https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/political/446493/national-gives-labour-mp-louisa-wall-slot-to-speak-on-mental-health

So those provisional stats for 2020 of 654 New Zealanders lost to suicide alone is far more than the 26 people who are listed as Covid having something to do with their deaths. Add in the high speed crashes by our youth who don’t give a crap about themselves, their friends, or other road users, as well as the other anti-social behaviours, and It certainly doesn’t help anyone have a positive mental state.

Imagine if the murder and suicide figures were shouted from the rooftops like those attributed to Covid… What would DL and co do? More importantly, would the general public open their ears and eyes and take notice and action to regain freedom and really save lives? I think, sadly, we all know the answer to that.

“What’s the difference between the hero and the coward? There ain’t no difference. They both feel exactly the same on the inside: they both fear dying and getting hurt. It’s what the hero does that makes him a hero. And what the other doesn’t do, makes him a coward.”

Fear is being scared of others not wearing masks, scared of the unvaxxed, scared of a 99.8% survivable virus.

If you were fearfull you wouldnt proudly go down to aotea square today, you are just nervous about the possibility of cindys goons wanting to give the media a headline.

Auckland clearish and sunnyish and looks like no rain.

How is the Waikato this morning?

Is there any trout fishing your way? I’m a keen trout angler but Lake Pupuke isn’t much and I certainly wouldn’t eat them!

            • Weather similar to Auckland BGR. Sunny, blue skies and cold wind. Perfect protest weather. A good breeze for fluttering flags and to blow the pepper spray away.

Plenty of streams throughout the Waikato farmland but you’d have to know where and ask nicely for access?

Since the beginning of August, there have been eight pump blockages caused by t-shirts, singlets and underpants.

Engineers know the area the garments are coming from but cannot pinpoint the exact property.

  4. This is good ( stolen from elsewhere )

    Dear Aunty Jacinda,
    A moment if I may,
A response I think is needed,
To the protest the other day.

    Farmers are generally too busy,
To rally and cause a stink,
    But their overwhelming response,
Must have made you stop and think.

You see, thinking has been lacking,
    in your policies I suggest.
    Possibly economic incompetence,
and bureaucratic bullshit at its best.

    Your policies are from fairyland,
Hindering what the farmers they produce.
I struggle with the economic logic,
    Of screwing the Golden Goose.

You see New Zealand has been founded,
On the farmers and the land.
    Farming and economic strength,
    Symbiotically go hand in hand.

    The reason isn’t rocket science.
Be it vege, milk or meat.
    Irrespective of the daily grind,
All the people they must eat.

    As we saw in Covid,
    Panic buying to the fore,
Wonder what you’ll eat next time,
When farmers can’t be farmers anymore.

    Choked by impractical bureaucracy,
    They all have had enough.
    Supermarkets full of humble pie,
    Hmmm…the menu could be rough.

    A majority of farmers,
Are a cut above the rest.
    They understand the logic,
Of not shitting in one’s nest.

    The bar is constantly rising,
    By peering over the fence.
Labour, I suggest, should peer as well,
    And view some common sense.

    Labour in a literal sense,
Used to mean grafting in a role.
    Labour in a current sense,
Means top pay on the dole.

    Screwing the diligent workforce,
    The productive and the hearty.
Sending the country down the gurgler,
    Thanks to Jacinda’s “Labourless” party.

    The protest by diligent farmers,
    For the country shouldn’t shock,
They nurture and protect the land,
Infinitely better than Labour does with DoC.

    Instead of crippling progressive farmers,
    and dictating them with force,
I suggest leading the charge by example,
And controlling DoC’s broom and gorse.

    So cheers to Laurie Paterson,
And Bryce McKenzie in the South.
    You did what needed doing,
Giving the cause the focus and the mouth.

    The Golden Goose is farming,
And common sense there needs to be,
Otherwise the goose and country’s completely plucked,
But spelled with an “F” and not a “P”.

  7. Can someone pls check the Brigadiers maths?

    According to Professor Google:

    – A patient with coronavirus can have up to 100 trillion virus 100,000,000,000,000

    – A coronavirus has an average width of 100 nm. To convert nanometers to metres 1,000,000 nm = 1 metre

    – Coronavirus replicate every 10 hours on average

So let’s assume a patient (we will call her ‘JACINTA’) has 50 trillion virus. Ewwwww! Therefore:

(50 trillion x 100 nm) / 10 hrs = total length of increase of virus (if placed end-to-end).

    = 500,000,000,000,000 nm per hour

Convert to metres (divide by 1,000,000):

    = 500,000,000 metres per hour

Convert to km (divide by 1000):

    = 500,000 km per hour

Convert to seconds (divide by 60):

= 8,333 km total growth of coronavirus in Jacinta’s body EVERY second!

Japan said it would have to determine if China meets the “extremely high standards” of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) after the world’s second-biggest economy formally applied to join.

The CPTPP was signed by 11 countries including Australia, Canada, Chile, Japan and New Zealand in 2018.

Japan, the CPTPP’s chair this year, said it would consult with member countries to respond to China’s request, but stopped short of signalling a timeline for doing so.

The Englishman and Scotsman were suspicious of the claims. “Did this actually happen to you?”

    • Will Evergrande miss its loan repayment on Monday the 20th. The CCP has warned institutions that it will.
Will the CCP offer a lifeline, or will they make an example out of Evergrande?

It would be ironic if the Chinese were more capitalist than the US, and actually allowed a “too big” of a company to “fail”.

      • O-sen@1241

Whether the CCP will allow Evergrande to fail or not will depend-upon who within the CCP has shares in the company, the size of their investment, their position within the CCP (and, by inference their ‘expendability’), and their perceived value to Xi

We’ll never know, but it will not be unreasonable to expect some ‘rearrangements’ to occur within the shadows…

  16. Nicki Minaj to Democratic Party In Livestream: “I’m Not One Of Those People That Ya’ll Are Gonna Be Able to Do This With”

After a heated debate with the media over vaccination requirements, Trinidadian artist and worldwide superstar Nicki Minaj has sided with Tucker Carlson’s comments on Fox News.

“you know he’s a white nationalist right?” said Hasan Piker Young Turks contributor who was fired for saying “America deserved 9/11.” In other news, Piker’s a champagne socialist who just bought a multi-million dollar house.

Minaj responded that she will not put “marbles” up her ass for the Democratic Party.

Other white liberals were chastising Nicki for agreeing with Tucker. Who pretty much only agreed with her right to make her own choices.

  17. Study of booster shot benefits fans debate over extra doses

Wading into an acrimonious debate over booster doses, researchers in Israel reported Wednesday that a third dose of the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine can prevent both infections and severe illness in adults older than 60 for at least 12 days.

The study, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, is the latest salvo in the conflict over whether booster doses are needed for healthy adults and whether they should be given out, as the Biden administration plans to do, when so much of the world remains unvaccinated.

Several independent scientists said the cumulative data so far suggests that only older adults will need boosters — and maybe not even them.

      • I noticed that. No notes. And if you listen to other videos he says the same thing again and again. Its not like he is making up shit. The world is slowly being re-aligned into two new factions, the vaccinated and the unvaccinated. Fortunately many of the vaccinated are waking up and saying enough is enough, no more boosters. I doubt JizzCinda will get more that 65% vaccinated. Then they will start with mandates and the revolution ( as is happening in Europe) will begin. Yes it will be hard. I will probably get fired if they mandate teachers get the jab. But I will not submit…..

  18. 20 new cases…. LOL. They are pissing in the wind if they think they will erradicate this. Much better to hand out Ivermectin and get on with life. Twats. Anyway, glad to be a “Pureblood ” that will not consent to mRNA vaccinations. I’ll make decision on Novovax later but if I can keep getting horse paste, why would I bother? I watched a video last night and I reckon there will be more revealed on the deaths of the teenagers who have recently been vaxxed. ( I cant remember the video name it was interviewing two people, one who is Sue Grey. )

    • As a fellow member of the Control Group I’m with you. One would hope that the details about the teen deaths will come out soon.
The FDA decision on booster shots this morning doesn’t help their case either. Surely if a 3rd dose is too dangerous that must raise questions about the first 2. The evidence of the shots failing is building all the time surely it is only a matter of time before the failures are so obvious that they can no longer be ignored.

  19. From a fakebook group. Horrendous if correct.
“I have got the absolute heeby jeebies from some of the info shared in the group this morning by a lady in the group who is an RN who has just quit her job at her medical clinic due to the pressures to get the V.
She has given permission for me to share the info here.
Take a big breath and hold on…
“The clinic I work for is going ahead with starting a covid clinic despite being severely understaffed. They get 10k to set it up and 350$ per jab. None of the managers have any healthcare background and the company is owned by a big american company which had brought out 70 clinics in NZ.
Most of NZ has already been sold to America. There are 3 big companies that own most of NZ. None of the managers have healthcare experience and their background is business accounting etc.”
    $350 per jab!!
$10K to set up a clinic to give jabs!!
    But wait, there’s more…
“And the medical centers get paid $120 per covid swab too.”
    $120 per swab/test done!!
So, not only is there huge money-making incentives in ALL of this, but most of the medical clinics and practices in NZ have been silently sold off to America, to Omni, Evolution Healthcare and Green Cross.
We are silently being sold to America for bigger agendas.
    🤯😲🤯😲🤯😲🤯😲🤯😲🤯😲🤯
“I have seen so many people with health issues after their jabs at work.”
I’m preaching to the converted by saying that the (current) V is wrong for many reasons, but I feel like this shizz just got a whole lot more real.
Please share this info! Please! This is about so much more than a pandemic about a virus 😢 In fact, it’s becoming a pandemic of fear and fraud and is an absolute fallacy of freedom.
This incredibly courageous RN is also going to be speaking to Voices for Freedom and releasing a whole load more of the stuff that we (outside of medicine) don’t see.”

    • I dont know if 350 per jab is correct but i wouldnt be suprised, why do you think all the maraes and runangas are in on it they certainly wont be doing it out of the goodness of their hearts! $$$$$$$$ cha-ching

      11

      • Which is a clear breach of medical ethics. When you are advised about getting your vaccination by txt, it states to NOT contact your GP and that if you have questions about the vaccine, to ask the vaccinator. Since these can be the bros from a local marae, what knowledge and understanding do you think they actually possess?
They will say anything for $350.

Even if you had genuine questions, you are already in the queue, so inertia will ensure you go ahead with the jab.

Telling people NOT to contact your GP is the same as the lock down directives, even in Level 2. Don’t talk to your neighbours!!!

“Don’t talk to your GP, we don’t want them consulting with you, as we can’t control the narrative. Many of them have already figured that the vaccine has deadly side effects, and is responsible for the Delta variant. So by you not talking to them you will never find out. But as a double safety measure, we have threatened them all with loss of licence if they do their job and actually consult with you. And additionally we’ve bought their silence by paying them $350 for every vaccine they administer. Once they administer the first jab and profit by $350 they are on the hook, and in like a robber’s dog.”

“Don’t talk to your neighbours, We don’t want you sharing vaccination death horror stories. We can track email, txt’s phone calls, facebook and twitter, etc. But as yet we can’t track one on one conversations in private and we can’t stamp out resistance to our agenda if we can’t monitor you.”

  20. Local Detroit TV Asks for Stories of Unvaxxed Dying from COVID – Gets over 180K Responses of Vaccine Injured and Dead Instead…

“The corporate media narrative that unvaccinated people are filling up the hospitals and dying from COVID is quickly falling apart, perhaps faster than they even expected.

WXYZ TV Channel 7 in Detroit asked their viewers on their Facebook Page last Friday to direct message them if they lost a loved one due to COVID-19 if they refused to get one of the COVID-19 vaccines.

This is a clear indication that they are getting desperate to find these stories, and are having a difficult time finding them.

I don’t know if they got any such stories through direct messaging, but the post on their Facebook Page, as of the time of publication today, had received over 182,000 comments, and they seem to be all comments of those who have lost loved ones after receiving a COVID shot, and comments asking them why they are not covering that story.

I paged through many dozens of the comments, and did not see a single one stating that they lost someone to COVID after refusing a COVID-19 shot…..”

  21. The protest was a fizzer.

There were two of us, the Brigadier and Starving Artist.

The high point was two young ladies (looking for real men for a good time) tried to engage us with the world’s corniest pick-up line: ‘where’s Countdown?’

Damn it, at that point my phone rang. It was Jacinda’s Vaccine line!

I pretended I was at a party. (‘Hey, Joe. Put the beers down over there!’).

The caller asked if I wanted the vaccine. So the pretend ‘party’ in the ‘background’ had a ‘vote’ and I told the caller that 10 people at my party said I shouldn’t get the vaccine and 3 said I should I should get the vaccine.

So the caller asked me what I wanted. I said I would have to ask Mrs Rissole.

The caller asked me where Mrs Rissole was. I said she didn’t want to hang around a guys party and had gone off with her friends and would be home much later.

The caller finally gave up and suggested a follow-up call was probably not necessary (or pointless!)

  24. Odakyu-sen …
re your 2:57 pm post re ‘Whanau’ and my ‘Fanau’ reply…
As you are a language man, these observations of mine may interest you…

In very general terms if you want to get the Polynesian word from a Maori word, it is just a case of swapping over some of the consonants…eg a ‘w’ for a ‘v’, an ‘l’ for an ‘r’ and ‘f’ for a ‘wh’.
    Boat….Waka(M)………Vaka (Niuean/Tongan/Tahitian)
    House…..Whare ……Fale
    Hot….Wera….Vela (Niuean)
    Cold….Makariri….Makalili (N)
Ear….Taringa….Teliga (N)…the ig/ag is pronounced with an ‘n’ sound as in PagoPago and the ‘t’ pronounced as an ‘s’ making the word sound in English as seelinga. That ‘s’ sound was certainly in Northern Maori when you read journals by English sea captains etc visiting NZ prior to the 1820’s. eg Hongi Hika, Hauraki, Hokianga were recorded by them as Shongi Shika, Shauraki, and Shokianga. The ‘v’ sound was also still in Maori at the time Cook visited.

As an aside, I had a Tongan friend visit a few years back, and at the local I got him a Tui, which he had never seen before. He studied the label on the bottle and started to laugh saying, “what a name for a beer?”

To a Polynesian, “East India Pale Ale” reads “East India Parly Arly” …parly arley (pale ale) in Tongan means ‘smelly vagina’.

    10

    • Thanks for that!
Japanese shares the vowel sounds of many Polynesian languages.
All Japanese words end in a vowel except for those that end in “-n” (the only consonant that can end a word).
There is an “f” and “w” sound in Japanese, but no “v”. Japanese gets around this with a kind of “bui” sound, which is close, but not a true “v”.

Like Yorkshiremen, Japanese can’t say the “oh” sound. Coke sounds like “cork.”

  25. https://healthimpactnews.com/2021/ncaa-student-golfer-has-heart-disease-after-covid-shot-offered-bribe-to-silence-story/

The fact that John was offered a bribe to keep his vaccine injury quiet may explain why so many “sudden deaths” of students in high school and college are being reported in the corporate media, without reporting their vaccination status. If they died with a “COVID positive” test and were NOT vaccinated against COVID, you can be sure this would be reported, because it fits their narrative that only people unvaccinated are filling the hospitals.

    https://healthimpactnews.com/2021/thousands-of-covid-19-vaccine-whistleblowers-contacting-project-veritas-wanting-to-tell-their-stories/

The U.S. Government and the corporate media’s narrative regarding the COVID-19 vaccines is quickly falling apart.

Truth is kind of like REAL cream in non-homogenized fresh milk: it rises to the top.

We [Health Impact News] reported earlier this week how a local TV station in Detroit asked viewers on their Facebook Page to send them stories of loved ones who had refused the COVID-19 vaccines and had now died, but instead tens of thousands of comments came in about COVID-19 vaccine injuries and deaths (219K at the time of publication of this article).

James O’Keefe of Project Veritas has just released a video stating that they have received “thousands” of emails (“hundreds a day”) from people wanting to share their stories with Project Veritas as COVID-19 vaccine whistleblowers, and that they are even willing to wear a hidden mic to tell their stories.

He reports that they have one such story that they are going to publish this coming Monday.

  26. I have subscribed to the Stew Peters TV channel. It’s very good. He does 4 videos per day. I wonder if this type of channel would work in NZ? I cannot see that it would be hugely expensive to setup and run.

It could be a way for National to break through the MSM, to talk directly to the public. They would have to be clever like President Trump with his tweets — have few controversial videos every week so the MSM could not avoid commenting on it and therefore give free publicity to the channel. Probably better that it was not directly affiliated to National but just centre right dominated.

There has to be huge, potential audience out there now that Magic Talk has gone woke

I agreed with you until you mentioned National, ‘cos they’d NEVER do it; it’s not in their interest to do so. Unfortunately, the Nats currently have nothing to offer that is different from Labour and no policies to present, Despite their claims to the contrary (And as with many political parties), they are actually VERY happy with the way things are; their snouts are in the trough, their MP’s are getting well paid, and their ‘Directors’ are all globalists who agree in private with what DL is doing and are looking to further their own intetrests snyway. On that basis, why ruin a perfectly good scam that is working well fir all concerned?

But we need them to do well –I currently am not happy them or ACT but to get rid the current lot they have succeed. Neither will get there on their own so it has to e a combination.

    • The art of doing a protest march.

      https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=598737031502075
1 hour 39 mins : recorded live to livesteam : Topher Field.
      Does quite a good commentary.

Interesting lessons to learn, as the organizers, have to keep the crowd numbers up, then have to out wit the police, put them on the back-foot, and prevent the police doing any “kettling” by figuring the side streets.
Taking alternative side streets, and enough of a flow so the police can not stop.

Then what to do through being kettled.
Did the police bite of more than they can chew? in the number being kettled.
Or will the pressure go on the police blockade, and breakthrough?

      4

      0

      • Many little lessons to figure doing these marches.

Interesting tactics, as keeping on the move, getting out of the police kettle, then the people actually kettled the police at one stage. 🙂
Keeping options open, access to other side streets, and stay on the move. 🙂
To know where to hold, for how long, regroup, fold then sometimes fast, and then other times slow, to keep your numbers, and certainly giving the police a run so they can not create a cordon. 🙂

Doing the rally chants now & again,
Some songs with a good chorus, all rousing to keep the people in good cheer and rally.

This rally is nothing like how the news reports make that rally protest march to be.
As it is the police that do the pepper spraying, ready if they had ratio of numbers to make it a violent fight in tackling arrests.

Running it as background, but still find the strategy and the tactics to keep the options open quite absorbing.

        • The crowd stopped down one street by the police and forced back, but the crowd was large enough to force pass the back police block, and then make their escape.
It sounds like that had made the most of the afternoon, and then disperse.
Even the police seem to have left off.

Only where violence seems to be where the police get in the way… with pepper spray and batons.

A good commentator, experienced, and also showing the resolve of Victorians.

  28. Peter Williams owes his numerous and very loyal listeners an explanation. It will come.
My initial reaction was one of total disbelief, likewise the explanation provided by Magic Talk.
EDIT 8/9/21: A MediaWorks staffer message, quote, “We were lied to by our manager at a staff meeting on Monday morning. Given the recent investigation into mediaworks the fact that we have managers lying is a concern ….’
I may have under-estimated the impact on Peter, the interaction with his employers that provoked this outcome, may have expected too much too soon.

I believe an explanation, as best he can, will come.

I am 110% confident in my belief that Peter Williams was treated despicably by his employers, was and is the ‘real deal’, shafted by those who felt threatened by the integrity Peter applied to his role, by the groundswell of support that grew with his credibility.
I REJECT OUTRIGHT those who would have me believe the loss of Peter Williams from our radio waves is of his choosing, has NOT been influenced by a corrupt, controlling mindset that is seemingly permeating every aspect of our traditional kiwi ‘tell it like it is’, democracy – an all consuming cancer of control, of division, of hate.
