  8. I was talking to a bloke in the pub the other night. He says he’s double vaccinated but is worried about his children who refuse to take the clot shot. He is concerned that if his kids come round to his place they might catch covid from him and get really sick. This worries him, so to prevent this he has banned them from coming over. I really couldn’t think of anything to say to him. Unfortunately people like this are allowed to vote.

    • There are no mechanisms in place in a moral society apart from those individuals in society who are willing to stand up for our fundamental human rights.

      Welfare only works in a society where people aren’t willing to take ownership of their own lives, decisions, choices, beliefs, values, etc. but willing to hand all responsibility etc over to third parties, and most importantly, the State.

      Moral Definition:
      1. Of or concerned with the judgment of right or wrong of human action and character.
      2. Teaching or exhibiting goodness or correctness of character and behavior.
      3. Conforming to standards of what is right or just in behavior; virtuous.

      The moral argument is now being touted that it is moral for everyone to get the vaccine and thereby save everyone in our moral society from the tricky (and now vindictive) little virus.

      So, those of us refusing the vaxx are immorral. Hence why DL is making us 2nd class citizens of this moral society.

      As a pureblood, the moral argument does not wash with me. A moral society focuses on disabling people, on “feeding a man a fish” from the cradle to the grave. And that’s how our welfare focused moral society has got into this disastrous mess. The only people that need to be “fed” are those you mention (instances of age, physical or mental circumstances that render independence impossible.)

      A healthy society is one where people are encouraged to be independent from the state “taught to fish / think for themselves.” People are empowered to know and understand their personal values, beliefs, principles and standards and how to live by them. This helps them to hold the line in the face of the moral argument which goes against their values, beliefs, principles, and standards.

          It still is a crime. If you advise someone to take a medical procedure that results in harm or death, you become liable. Robbo’s ego is setting himself up.

          Intimidating or frightening a child or a member of the public into getting the jab which kills them can fall under culpable homicide.

          Threatening that you have to get the jab, or have rights restricted is blackmail.

          To defend that, you would have to prove:
          [1] The state of emergency was valid i.e. there is a real threat. AND
          [2] The vaccine does work. AND
          [3] Part of that will be proving Covid-19 is a genuine threat AND
          [4] The vaccine poses no threat and is completely safe.

          Even these four things do not get the clowns off the hook. if would just lower the charges to manslaughter and not murder. Omission to prevent a death where evidence exists that a given procedure leads to possible death, is homicide. Once you know, you have a responsibility and the clowns have been advised by letters served on them, emails and Facebook posts.

          From the Crimes Act:

          155 Duty of persons doing dangerous acts
          Every one who undertakes (except in case of necessity) to administer surgical
          or medical treatment, or to do any other lawful act the doing of which is or may

          164 Acceleration of death
          Every one who by any act or omission causes the death of another person kills
          that person, although the effect of the bodily injury caused to that person was
          merely to hasten his or her death while labouring under some disorder or disease
          arising from some other cause.

          165 Causing death that might have been prevented
          Every one who by any act or omission causes the death of another person kills
          that person, although death from that cause might have been prevented by resorting to proper means.

          166 Causing injury the treatment of which causes death
          Every one who causes to another person any bodily injury, in itself of a dangerous
          nature, from which death results, kills that person, although the immediate
          cause of death be treatment, proper or improper, applied in good faith.

          167 Murder defined
          Culpable homicide is murder in each of the following cases:
          (a) if the offender means to cause the death of the person killed:
          (b) if the offender means to cause to the person killed any bodily injury that
          is known to the offender to be likely to cause death, and is reckless
          whether death ensues or not:
          (c) if the offender means to cause death, or, being so reckless as aforesaid,
          means to cause such bodily injury as aforesaid to one person, and by accident
          or mistake kills another person, though he or she does not mean to
          hurt the person killed:

          201 Infecting with disease
          (1) Every one is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 14 years who,
          wilfully and without lawful justification or excuse, causes or produces in any
          other person any disease or sickness.

          Any commercial agreements Cindy has made with Pfizer or her own cabinet become null and void when it comes to loss of life, whether willfully or by negligence. Criminal law always trumps Civil law.

          Any agreement Cindy made with Pfizer, or waiving of liability, under an assumed pandemic, also become null and void, as this amounts to fraud and misrepresentation. Even the Pfizer agreements that any legal issues must be heard in the State of New York, (no doubt where they can buy Judges) becomes null and void. There are no escape clauses when it comes to murder and genocide.

            They are also culpable for any death or injury. Tell a staff member to get jabbed, and the staff member drops dead from a reaction, they are liable because they did not assess the risks involved, and neither were they qualified to do so. Same for vaccinators.

            Instructing the public not to talk to your GP, talk to the vaccinators, or instructing Doctors not to inform patients of the risks, is addressed under the sections above and other sections.

            There are nothing in NZ law, that gives anyone a free pass for causing death.

  59. The Government plans to change the law to require most workers at hospitality businesses, large events, gyms and close-contact businesses like hairdressers to be vaccinated.

    Cabinet on Tuesday decided it will legislate to make vaccinations mandatory for workers at businesses where customers need to show vaccination certificates.

    Under the new traffic light system, unveiled on Friday (see summary table below), businesses that choose to require customers to prove they’ve been vaccinated will be able to operate under looser Covid-19 restrictions.
