          • On top of the rolled-out pizza dough, I spread pizza sauce I make by reducing (simmering down in a frypan) a can of seived tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
            I then add grated Mozzarella cheese (not too much, say about 75 g).
            After that, on top of the cheese I add European toppings like anchovy, sliced chorrizo sausage, bacon slices, sliced olives, etc. Other toppings are tuna or sardine.

            Japanese toppings for pizza:
            – Canned sweetcorn kernels
            – Slices of boiled potato
            – Kewpie mayonnaise (good with the corn)
            – Tuna + sweetcorn + Kewpie mayonnaise is a classic Japanese combination (see the video below)

        In another life those Crimes Act sections relating to homicide were bread and butter and had to be known verbatim to answer criminal liability exam questions. Here is a typical question that I can still remember from 40+ years ago. The answer would require several pages to get the right marks.

        “A” being masked and armed with a sawn-off shotgun enters the local BP service station late at night with intent to rob it. As he approaches “B”, the service station attendant, who is behind the counter, “A” accidentally and harmlessly discharges the firearm.

        In the sheer panic to get away, “B” stumbles and falls backwards into a display shelf and is skewered through the neck by a protruding length of metal on the display. “A” has no intent to commit murder and phones 111 to report on “B”. Before decamping the scene, “A” drags the semi-conscious and badly bleeding “B” out onto the forecourt.

        Constable “C” responding to the call, drives his Police car onto the forecourt. Because of his excessive speed, “C” has no time to brake on seeing “B” and drives over top of him, crushing his rib cage.

        “B” makes it to hospital barely alive and is attended to by doctor “D”, the off-duty specialist, who prior to the call had been at home having a couple of wines with his dinner, despite being on call. “D” fails to read that “B” is allergic to a particular antibiotic on his hospital records and goes ahead and injects him with it. “B” immediately goes in to anaphylactic shock and dies shortly afterwards.

        Discus the criminal liability of each of the persons with supporting case law.

        • Not particularly, because as you say it takes hours and pages. Last one I got involved in was cybercrime, and that took hundreds of hours and hundreds of pages.

          But if it was a real case, a professional analyst would reject the question for lack of supporting evidence. The No.1 rule of an inductive analyst is to gather data. Nothing gets left out.

          A police exam might work with limited data, but analysts will not. Simply because it is not how things happen in real life.

            The above was given to support your belief that some of the players in this Covid carry on could well be culpable of homicide by their unintended acts and omissions.

            For those curious about the Robbery scenario…”A” can be charged with murder. As a result of his unlawful actions he set off a chain of events called ‘causation’ that resulted in the death of “B”.

            As to the doctor, he was preforming a life or death procedure and has no culpability in the death. The test being that “B” would have died in any event had the procedure not been undertaken.

            Which brings us to the Doctor who administers the clot shot which is not a life saving intervention. If the injected person dies then depending on the doctors knowledge of the dangers of the Pfizer injection then he could well be culpable of homicide.

              Which is why Doctors/GPs have a responsibility when they advise a course of action of treatment. They have to know all the other medications / supplements that any given drug or vaccine will interact with, let alone anything adverse that can occur with the drug or vaccine in isolation.

              Propofol for example, has serious interactions with 330 other drugs, which is why it took 13 years to get to market in the UK and NZ, 16 in the USA, and 20 in Canada. Ivermectin went through the same ordeal. From first testing in 1970, it gained approval for use in animals in 1981, and approved for human use in 1987. Doctors have a big responsibility.

              That responsibility has been bypassed so legal liability passes to those that make the determination and/or enforce it. I recently heard of a vaccinator with little medical training being paid $54 an hour to administer the jab. The clinic she worked for was paid a little under $180 per jab, with a hefty bonus of $2000 on any given day if they achieved 100 jabs that day.

              With most drugs and vaccine there are pages and pages of side effects and/or serious or critical interactions. At last communication there were only a couple of pages. And Medsafe do not even know what is in the vaccine because Pfizer are overdue to provide a complete list of ingredients.

              Furthermore Toko, I think you will agree that the government shutting off access to Ivermectin, (which was approved for human use 34 years ago), and that results in unnecessary deaths, is also culpable homicide.

                Likewise…value your comments and would like to bounce a few ideas off you re my last reply to Simpleton….

                As an aside, a nurse friend of the GL has cardiac condition and she has real concerns with taking the injection. She is very well read and informed. Her own doctor told her that she should take the shot even though he cannot diagnose the condition and currently arranging a cardiac scan… we prepared a certificate for him to sign acknowledging that he had read all the Pfizer contraindication data concerning her cardiac condition and that he would accept all liability for any serious harm to her by taking the injection..

                Of course he wouldn’t put his money where his mouth was, and rejigged the certificate so as not to include the contraindication data or liability acceptance.

                Have now put it on the DHB to sign a similar safety certificate signed by one of their cardiologists to say that the injection is safe to take despite this underlying condition.

                There is no way that the DHB is going to play ball so we will be in a situation whereby the DHB is insisting on taking the injection which they refuse to certify as safe.

                  You both bring up good views and perspectives, particularly over the mandatory issue.

                  I spent over month in the Cardiac Unit, ‘CABG 4’ about 5 years ago, so saw quite bit, and know pericarditis. Good health now.

                  As said a bush lawyer, but will think, ponder, and research.
                  The local GP, double jabbed, only collect bounties, from my experience.
                  Nor was he any help when a month prior I complained about the effects of the 2 jabbs before. (not covid) & he Greta “blah blahed” me. 🙁
                  But at the last time, I did not challenge him, as I was flabbergasted with the pushing of vaccine.

                  I have been thinking of catching up with a friend in the local hospital, though it will not be immediate, but your cause makes it another reason.

                  Sometimes these things are not always what you know, but who you know, and becomes a bit like a chain letter, to some one who does know. 🙂

            That makes perfect sense interpreting the law 40 years ago.

            I would think another series of “important” evaluations would come in now that also has to be considered.
            Causation now has become a much larger wide ranging issue.

            Like which Council allowed that service to be built like that, where any can just come in with a gun.

            Did the owner of the service station not bring that service station up to the new standards that the council regulations for the protection of its workers?

            Who in the Council was responsible for checking that the service station was supposed to be up to the Codes of Good Practice and complied?

            Who was supposed to set up the Health & Safety Protocols for the workers that should been sorted out for such event.

            Who should have made sure that the employee went on training courses so that he would know what to do.

            So at this stage it would seem that the employer had done very little to mitigate against circumstances like this incident arising.

            On & on I could go for pages.,

              Yes, I bet things have changed for the worse over the years and I could well see the clip board carriers circling for their pound of flesh after the criminal justice system had had theirs.

              These criminal liability questions are framed around actual precedents so a good knowledge of caselaw and what was held in regards to each element of the offence was needed.

              That Judge Louis Bidois was a solicitor in Tauranga…A local Maori boy not born with the silver spoon in his mouth so can understand the down to earth decision. Another good Judge is Tony Adeane in HB if he hasn’t retired already. Good honest kiwi with no airs or graces and hard on criminals.

                I have not, and I know it is dangerous to be a bush lawyer, so I have no regrets 🙂

                Some of my points have been crazy, but then the genuine expert, on consideration can then see that angle, that with his skill becomes better crafted.
                Sort of the wisdom of the crowd (me).
                Others times, I am dismissed., and or need to research more.

                Even though I have challenged my own solicitors and accountants on points of views, and dotting i’s & crossing t’s in my ways as well, which proved a bit down the track it was the right thing to do,
                I also value they have the knowledge & skill, & so long as I can see they considered my concerns, and answer them, at the end of the day, I will be guided by them.
                But getting a small concern tested & sorted, that is not in the stock approach, that is approved,

                I hope you can find some one who can help, give some pointers, test & bounce ideas, concepts, and focused to best effect.

    • Maybe it is just that the MSM report on sports people dying or with heart issues, because they are well known in their communities, so we get the impression it is just these fit young people being affected even though those affected cover a wider range of kids in the age group. Perhaps these fit kids should be told to stop training for a month or so after they take the jab, especially the second jab —ie. the physical stress of playing or training exacerbates the negative effect of the jab.

        No mention of that here in NZ, but just see a Doctor if you “think” you are having a problem…
        Real daft as a heart problem, the symptoms of a problem are not always so striking, and can be many & varied, from mild to very certain.

        Then being told that so many problems are normal, and proves the vaxx is working. 🙁

    Just over 6.6 million doses have been given so far with an average of 49 out of every 10,000 people reporting an adverse event.
    The report, which is updated each Wednesday, shows that the vast majority of adverse reactions were deemed non-serious and the five most common reactions were dizziness, headache, pain at the injection site, lethargy and nausea.

    Of the deaths, 41 are deemed to be unlikely to have been related to the vaccine. Ten are still under investigation and 42 could not be assessed due to insufficient information provided.

    While the numbers may sound alarming, vaccinologist Helen Petousis-Harris said people shouldn’t read anything into them as they are just numbers with no context.

This, along with the general dumbing down of society through means of distraction, through greed, desire and ambition. Through meaningless, fleeting, and fickle self gratification.

    Mankind (at least the West), is ripe for the picking. Having gradually but assuredly yielded the collective power to the feminine. Will they be wakened from their slumber?

    This post has taken me too long to get up the guts to write.
    You see I’m a Professor in Public Health. One of the most important things in public health is “to do no harm”. Or at least in a more practical sense, have the good by far outweigh the harms you cause with whatever intervention you choose.
    This is about vaccine mandates. It’s a complex and emotive issue.
    The brutal truth is that there are no harm free choices here. All choices will have some harm.
    But, deadlines are coming – here’s our Ministry of Health’s advice under public orders “Any health and disability workers (employed or voluntary, private and public) who fall under these roles must receive their first dose of the vaccine by 11.59pm 15 November 2021. They must receive their second dose by 1 January 2022.”
    That’s Monday folks.
    I’m not an “anti-vaxxer”. I’m fully vaccinated.
    But some people will choose not to follow these orders for various reasons. Some of them may be logical based on the data that there is no protection beyond 200 days, and the data on reductions in transmission are limited, and they are concerned about adverse events.
    We all make different decisions given similar data because we are all different and have different ways of weighing risks and benefits. They may see the futility of a public health system which would on current evidence have to boost every 120-150 days to maintain vaccine efficacy. Or maybe they just don’t like being told what to do, or have a more complex theory which may be spurious. Who really knows?
    Anyway, the point is that there will always be a group who for whatever reason decides that, in this case, their bodily sovereignty, is sacred to them and they will refuse a public health order like this.
    What this means is on Monday kids will turn up to school and their classroom teacher will no longer be there, that their mid-wife will no longer be working, that their doctor is no longer able to practice.
    This will cause serious harm. It almost certainly will mean that our already overwhelmed health and education systems will not have the staff to carry out normal duties.
    This debate has already caused substantial harm and division in our beautiful country.
    I believe in the context of the recent Swedish data showing vaccine waning, that it’s now obvious to any thinking person the futility of these mandates.
    We can predict that the exact thing we are trying to avoid “overwhelming the health system” is exactly what we are going to do by firing health workers.
    What government puts on its own handcuffs on and throws away the key?
    This isn’t us.
    So sorry I can’t stand by silently and watch this. I have to say something.
    I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to pluck up the courage.
    Sorry if this upsets you, but come Monday I know of real teachers, real GPs, real mid-wives, real physios, real people without jobs. Real communities without their beloved teachers and health professionals who are here to care for them. These are my communities, my friends, my school.
    These are mostly not lunatic fringe anti-vaxxers. They are people often making their own rationale decision. Yes its different than mine, but it is theirs.
    I fear we are choosing more harm than good, and in my field that’s just not acceptable. In fact it’s unethical and immoral.
    Please think about what your thoughts are on this matter. It is really an important one for our society right now. Saying nothing when you think there will be more harm than good is complicit in supporting that harm.
