    • BV, the Trophy Wife and I were in Tauranga for lunch yesterday with her most woke sister and BIL. In addition I work for a Maori organisation who are full of, once were Jacinda loving female voters.

      I can report the tide amongst those who I associate with (many out of necessity, not because I want to) are starting to see the light and will no longer have a bar of this Government and its policies. The SIL & BIL spoke in not so glowing terms of their former idol, the unmarried mother in Wellington. But what surprised me in discussions at work on Thursday, was the amount of younger to middle aged Maori women who spoke out strongly about Cindy’s Government policies with the adage that there is no way they will be voting for her or her Governments policies, come 2023. In addition the amount deciding to not comply with Government decrees where they can, like Vaccine Passports, surprised me.

      In the back blocks where I come from, I think, at the moment, the tide has turned for Cindy, but the proof will be in the voting come 2023 as most of the Maori ladies at work could not, with any definition say where they would put their vote. Unless National and ACT start taking a strong stand against this Governments policies there is always the possibility that these voters could slip back to their default position when the tick comes to be placed in that cardboard booth come 2023.

    Smokefree 2025: People under 14 will be banned from smoking for life under new law
    People aged 14 and under will never be able to legally buy tobacco, under new legislation being announced today.

    Associate Minister of Health Dr Ayesha Verrall launched Auahi Kore Aotearoa Mahere Rautaki 2025, the Smokefree 2025 Action Plan, this morning.

    The plan includes measures that by the end of next year under 14-year-olds will not be able to legally purchase tobacco – and the age will rise each year so that younger generations will never have legal access to tobacco.

    “This is a historic day for the health of our people,” Verrall said.

    Asked about the anti-vax doctor in Kaiapoi issuing fake vaccine exemption certificates Ardern said: “I think everybody would be disappointed and upset to see a health professional undertaking activity such as this that puts people at risk”.

    One of my two oldest school friends is a fully signed up Covidian cult member. Vaccines are the only way out of this and lockdowns are fully justified. He just doesn’t want to see any more death he says.

    He knows I face discrimination at work and through vaccine passports. He has said he has no issue with anything that makes more people take the vaccine as it makes him safer.

    He and his wife are double jabbed. Their three teenage kids all shot up. They are the epitome of woke progressive liberal bedwetters in every way.

    They have trips booked to St Lucia for Christmas, two lots of skiing and Florida.

    His wife has just contracted Covid, is quite ill and it looks like St Lucia is off. He has locked her in her bedroom for 10 days. They are all devastated and he sent me a video of her screaming to be let out.

    I’ve just texted him back “So, the vaccines didn’t help then?”

      • According to Stuff this morning, the reported case numbers are currently dropping. That is certainly true of the REPORTED case numbers for this past week.

        However, case numbers are largely driven by the number of people who voluntarily come forward to be tested if they think they might have contracted covid.

        If you had agreed to be vaxxed in response to fake information peddled by the government, and then later found that you nevertleless have covid, you might reasonably feel betrayed by the system.

        As the percentage of the population who have been vaxxed steadily increases, it stands to reason that more and more of the cases at any point in time will be among the fully vaxxed, many of whom will feel betrayed.

        I know damned well that if I had been vaxxed, and then subsequently caught covid, I’d think twice about having a stick shoved up my nose just for the sake of “statistical record-keeping”.

        People have had enough of the whole damned charade. When “enough is enough” – – – – well you can work out the rest.

        The fact that Santa parades and ANZAC Day Services are held outside in fresh air where nobody has every caught the rona truly shows how these ‘health mandates’ are being manipulated. Breaking down society into individuals does not include community activities – people who intermingle might discuss the mandates and realise what is actually going on!! What about the children who miss out on the joy of Christmas traditions. Not kind at all dl.

        • As being well involved in our local Christmas Parade the trouble was the uncertainly of what may have been as far as lockdowns, restrictions etc were concern. We had spent over $400 on road closure notices, stage one, which is not recoverable.
          Our parade is very much local orientated with a great display of Christmas themed floats from most schools, groups and businesses with the district. We have a very small but active group that have fund raised and we now own a large number of Big Bird type uniforms, a Thomas Train and also showcases a good group of local vintage cars etc. Overall our parade takes at least 45 minutes to pass by.
          The trouble was the fear campaign that has been generated had infiltrated many of the various groups – Waimate unbelievably must have one of the highest conformist group of people based on the amount of mask wearers -at least 95% – at the local Saturday OUTDOOR market. And yes I saw the comment where formerly locked down Hamilton hardly had a mask in sight at their market.
          Overall she has destroyed, at this stage, much of the fabric of our society and all the regular events that brought many of our people together. Some of these orgainising committees may find it difficult to plug in again when the time comes.
          In the meantime the local Father Christmas (me) will be at the Saturday Market this week when we are putting on a mini after parade gathering in the park with all sorts of free stuff for the kids.

  37. I rang Healthline again to find out if R.A.T. tests are illegal to import and apparently not yet, the call centre person said she knew of others who had done this. I was outside the retirement village trying to get pain relief to my mum and had to hang up on the people she transferred me to (mums needs first), who advise the doctors on treatment regimes. I was asking about which doctors can prescribe the life saving Ivermectin/Doxycycline etc.
    Here’s my beef for the day. The way they withhold the tests in NZ (Rako can apparently provide tests at some Auckland location) doesn’t allow my mum to vet everyone at the door (as the retirement village should already be doing) to ensure they’re covid free. Apparently they still think the “vaccine” protects.
    Imagine if we had rapid tests and handed out the cure in a timely fashion, rather than letting the time frame for prophylaxis pass so the Ivermectin is then marginally effective. That tactic has been used all over the world to try and erode the proven benefit of prophylaxis.

    Free rapid antigen testing for Covid-19 will be available from this Wednesday at some pharmacies around the country for unvaccinated people travelling during the holiday period.

    Rapid antigen tests are similar to a pregnancy test which has two blue lines displayed for a positive result. The nasal swab tests can return results in about 15 minutes.

    The Ministry of Health said bookings are recommended, although some pharmacies will accept walk-ins.

    • I have often argued that thoughts without words are impossible. I remember debating this with an educational psychologist at university, and we then moved on to objective reality and such like. The question to ask, is what actually is a “thought”? We know that brain activity is essentially electrical impluses, and we know there are different types of brain waves, but what fundamentally is a thought…….

      • At a superficial level I’d go along with that. I’m certain that every thought I have uses the vernacular.

        But what of people who have been born 100% deaf & never learnt a language? Somehow or other they conceive ideas & rationalise concepts.

          She would have developed thoughts of hunger.
          Did she figure she did not want to remain wet? after urinating? To hold it?

      …. in essence that they are in a state of continuous managed retreat, constantly giving ground to the left and adapting as best they can.
      I no longer believe that’s good enough.
      In New Zealand, we are faced with parties on the left that want to deconstruct one of the world’s most exemplary democracies and rebuild it in a form we won’t even recognise.
      Mere competent management, as promised by the new National leader, won’t be enough to stop that.

      Now is there a crises?
      Enough to get that point of people knowing figuring this?
      Do people want to change the course of where NZ is going?
      How can we make it so that people can see, understand, they have bought into an illusion.
      Can enough people, teach, educate, drop those superstitious academic, media, and see how “Discourse Consensus” blinds the “Prudent Man” with their “Codes of Practice” etc.

    A Dunedin nurse has been referred to a professional conduct committee by the Nursing Council after posting threats online against medical professionals involved in the Covid-19 vaccine roll-out.

    Multiple agencies are investigating after the registered Dunedin nurse posted a video to social media declaring war against Covid-19 vaccinators and calling medical professionals taking part in the vaccine roll-out her enemies.

    Under the pseudonym Lauren Hill, the nurse posted a message to an anti-vax group on social media app Telegram.

      Strokes, heart attacks, chest pains, seizures in 20-year olds. Some say they are seeing an average of five severe injuries or deaths every day.

      They say they are being coerced by their hospitals and organisations to keep quiet or risk being deregistered.

      Hospitals are not reporting these injuries to the TGA. Hospital doctors are not reporting these injuries to the TGA. The nurses are not reporting these to the TGA.
