  2. Cracking summary by a NZ based scientists regarding the NZ government and Medsafes rejection of scientific principles. When do the prosecutions begin?

“The scapegoating of the unvaccinated, despite the fact that the vaccinated can and do transmit Covid easily, appears as a Machiavellian political plot. The wilful suppression of the large scientific uncertainty surrounding many Covid ‘facts’, through selective editing or blocking of information, comes straight out of the playbook of tyrants.”

  3. Saggy , You’ve still got to come back to this overhyped , expensive , heavily policed shithole in the end though, I’m gonna flee this place when I retire as soon as possible and we live on the outskirts of the smelly dump.

A mortgage broker has launched a petition to encourage a review of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act (CCCFA), saying the new requirements are overly prescriptive and make it tougher for all borrowers.

Protecting vulnerable borrowers and putting rules around consumer finance debt, such as car loans and credit cards, is worthwhile. But, he said, the CCCFA changes are overly prescriptive, citing examples where the rules make it harder for existing homeowners.

  7. I see the stick insect and gods gift to women are getting married at Young Nicks Head.

A multi millionaire is allowing the Labour Party to take over his farm that boasts a large staff including a pest controller.

Interesting as I figure having a pest controller on the farm would reduce the guest list by 95%.

I see there is still a shit fight involving the original venue and invoices / legal action for broken promises being tossed around.

I do hope there will be doggy bags of left over food for the great unwashed who were not invited and will be left standing at the gate. That includes the likes of us as we are paying for this crap.

Any bets on how many protesters will turn up to the nuptials ?

  8. A Hindu, a Moslem and a Cindy are on their way to a diversity conference when their car breaks down.
They knock at a local farm and the Farmer tells them they can stay the night, but one of them has to sleep in the Barn.
They draw lots and the Hindu goes off to the barn. Ten minutes later he’s back, there’s a cow in the barn so he can’t sleep there.
They draw lots, the Moslem goes off to the barn. Ten minutes later he’s back, there’s a pig in the barn and he can’t sleep there.
Then Cindy, in a huff, says she’ll sleep in the barn and goes off.
Ten minutes later, there’s a knock on the door. It’s the cow and the pig.

  9. Waiting 20 minutes for a coffee at the seaside market, I listened carefully to the special weird coffees the pretentious wankers of Wellington drink. What a bunch of fake ass pricks. I can’t wait to leave this crappy little city. Though I’ve met some good buggers too.

Interesting comparing coffee orders to body shape. Fat Karen’s tend to order what is basically a dessert. Twitchy woke types order it with some sort of hideous synthetic milk. Good buggers order black coffee, with milk if they identify as womin.

        • Sagz its algood as wifey does the calf rearing there so fresh milk every day, now that her jobs done a bit of barter and the arrangment continues, we get 2doz+ eggs a day so a few doz eggs a week theyre happy as 🙂

I usually make fresh haloumi cheese and also the stretchiest mozzeralla but been too busy this season, hopfully might get a chance over xmas break to do so.
A couple hours and bucket or so milk i can make 2-3kg of each cheese, its bloody beautiful when its that fresh.

  10. Just watched addictive GBN on YouTube Neil Oliver speaking about Christmas traditions very very good. He was live on as well speaking with Dr Robert Malone and that was very interesting. I should be doing the lawn before the next global warming spell where we are dry as a crisp and the world is burning up but once I started watching I kinda couldn’t stop. Everyone they have on the site is incredibly interesting.
Christmas this year is so disappointing for everyone, there is a dark cloud overhanging New Zealand which won’t be lifted until this current government and FJA are gone and covid is given its rightful place in society one of normal flue/cold/unwell which doesn’t have too much effect on most during the summer. Take your vitamin D, vitamin K and zinc and keep yourself fit or semi fit.
Try and have a happy Christmas week, its not raining so get out and about if you can. Take care open the doors and windows if the rona is out to get you pureblood windows open might just do it.

  11. An open letter to Zuckerberg from the BJM. People are waking up.

    Dear Mark Zuckerberg,

We are Fiona Godlee and Kamran Abbasi, editors of The BMJ, one of the world’s oldest and most influential general medical journals. We are writing to raise serious concerns about the “fact checking” being undertaken by third party providers on behalf of Facebook/Meta.

In September, a former employee of Ventavia, a contract research company helping carry out the main Pfizer covid-19 vaccine trial, began providing The BMJ with dozens of internal company documents, photos, audio recordings, and emails. These materials revealed a host of poor clinical trial research practices occurring at Ventavia that could impact data integrity and patient safety. We also discovered that, despite receiving a direct complaint about these problems over a year ago, the FDA did not inspect Ventavia’s trial sites.

The BMJ commissioned an investigative reporter to write up the story for our journal. The article was published on 2 November, following legal review, external peer review and subject to The BMJ’s usual high level editorial oversight and review.[1]

But from November 10, readers began reporting a variety of problems when trying to share our article. Some reported being unable to share it. Many others reported having their posts flagged with a warning about “Missing context … Independent fact-checkers say this information could mislead people.” Those trying to post the article were informed by Facebook that people who repeatedly share “false information” might have their posts moved lower in Facebook’s News Feed. Group administrators where the article was shared received messages from Facebook informing them that such posts were “partly false.”

Readers were directed to a “fact check” performed by a Facebook contractor named Lead Stories.[2]

We find the “fact check” performed by Lead Stories to be inaccurate, incompetent and irresponsible.

    — It fails to provide any assertions of fact that The BMJ article got wrong

    — It has a nonsensical title: “Fact Check: The British Medical Journal Did NOT Reveal Disqualifying And Ignored Reports Of Flaws In Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Trials”

    — The first paragraph inaccurately labels The BMJ a “news blog”

    — It contains a screenshot of our article with a stamp over it stating “Flaws Reviewed,” despite the Lead Stories article not identifying anything false or untrue in The BMJ article

    — It published the story on its website under a URL that contains the phrase “hoax-alert”

We have contacted Lead Stories, but they refuse to change anything about their article or actions that have led to Facebook flagging our article.

We have also contacted Facebook directly, requesting immediate removal of the “fact checking” label and any link to the Lead Stories article, thereby allowing our readers to freely share the article on your platform.

There is also a wider concern that we wish to raise. We are aware that The BMJ is not the only high quality information provider to have been affected by the incompetence of Meta’s fact checking regime. To give one other example, we would highlight the treatment by Instagram (also owned by Meta) of Cochrane, the international provider of high quality systematic reviews of the medical evidence.[3] Rather than investing a proportion of Meta’s substantial profits to help ensure the accuracy of medical information shared through social media, you have apparently delegated responsibility to people incompetent in carrying out this crucial task. Fact checking has been a staple of good journalism for decades. What has happened in this instance should be of concern to anyone who values and relies on sources such as The BMJ.

We hope you will act swiftly: specifically to correct the error relating to The BMJ’s article and to review the processes that led to the error; and generally to reconsider your investment in and approach to fact checking overall.

    Best wishes,

    Fiona Godlee, editor in chief

Kamran Abbasi, incoming editor in chief

    The BMJ

  12. Claim Alleging Injury or Death From a COVID-19 Countermeasure to Be Compensated
More than 4,000 other claims await decision by the U.S. government compensation program
    By Meiling Lee

For the first time amid the pandemic, the U.S. government compensation program will pay out one of the 4,751 claims alleging injuries or death arising from the administration of a covered countermeasure used to diagnose, treat, or prevent COVID-19.

Countermeasures may include emergency authorized or federally approved vaccines, drugs, and medical devices that the Food and Drug Administration allows for use during a public health emergency.

“One COVID-19 claim has been determined eligible for compensation and is pending a review of eligible expenses,” the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) reported.

  13. I have thinking about Bloomfield sending out the memo to health professionals about possible heart issues with the jab.

If 90% have been jabbed it is obviously a waste of time sending out the warning or does Bloomfield know the 90% is a BS figure so it is still worthwhile sending out the memo?

    • Putting the memo on the record, as the pressure had built up, as not “safe & effective”and setting out to cover his arse.
Then hiding behind the tip of the iceberg, a rare & unfortunate event, and then very few, and if we see this, then treatment to make “supposed” complete recovery. …. yeah right …

If any doubt about heart problems see the first comment’s link at the top, and how bad those problems are.

The argument will then become, by what date did you know?
But he will be able to say, I did issue a warning.
How ever the systemic autocracy knows how to blur & fudge that date on facts & evidence.

Are there more autopsy reports coming up?
Noting the young plumbers autopsy report, and the family recently putting it out there in social media,

The funny point, these heart issues in New Zealand can not be as easily blamed having had Covid itself, as is done elsewhere.

Professor Jonathan Ball, molecular virologist at the University of Nottingham, said: “These are rare things, which happen sporadically. Studies have shown that Covid is more likely to cause myocarditis and pericarditis than vaccines.
They can push that line in the UK. but not NZ!

Yet health autocracy keep information of an experimental phase of medicine, under “Emergency Use Approval” EUA and practice insufficient monitoring, of their “guinea pigs”, that should produced in a timely way for the participants. All the more reason when suggesting booster shots.

That would seem to be malfeasance and conspiracy in not disclosing all other information, complete data, in a timely manner.

    • Ross12, i rekon they deliberately delayed as all the medsafe updates have ceased for the xmas break.
Itll be interesting if there is a massive spike in reports over the new years break as it may embolden some doctors to report current and older complaints now its semi official they can report with not so much reprocussions.

The telling picture will be when the data comes through comparing year on year for last 3-5yrs, compare cause of death and also reported strokes and heart issues… im guessing thats why theyre priming the sheep for “post pandemic stress disorder”, of course for some strange reason unknown to science only affects the vaxxed.

      • Ross12
I noticed this on the Medsafe site yesterday on myocarditis. It is dated the 21 July 2021. I trawled through the Medsafe site on the 5th November looking for this adverse reaction information and never saw it back then. I took screen shots, so I know the date when I searched.

“Myocarditis and pericarditis – rare adverse reactions to Comirnaty (Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine)
        21 July 2021

On 9 June 2021 we published a Monitoring Communication on a safety signal of myocarditis with Comirnaty vaccine. It has now been concluded by Medsafe, other national regulators (such as the FDA) and the company, Pfizer, that myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) is a rare side effect of vaccination with Comirnaty. As it is sometimes difficult to distinguish between myocarditis and pericarditis (inflammation of the sac surrounding the heart), the warning will relate to both conditions. This information will be added to the data sheet very shortly.

The wording will be similar to the update recently made in the United Kingdom:

There have been very rare reports of myocarditis and pericarditis occurring after vaccination with Comirnaty often in younger men and shortly after the second dose of the vaccine. These are typically mild cases and individuals tend to recover within a short time following standard treatment and rest.

Healthcare professionals should be alert to the signs and symptoms of myocarditis and pericarditis. Vaccinated individuals should also seek immediate medical attention should they experience new onset of chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations or arrhythmias. 1
Myocarditis has also been seen in relation to COVID-19 infection.”

  14. Ever since the COVID19 jabs have been introduced, the so-called experts have been repeating the phrase ‘safe and effective’ over and over and over again.

Now $2,000,000 has been laid on the table for any of them to have an open debate to make their case that the jabs actually are safe and effective, but not a single one of them is stepping forward to claim the money.

      • I thought similar too saggy although not for andy (although theres a few of em id love to send down and leave there).

Remember those chilean miners trapped underground a few years back, they bored a man size hole and bought them up that way. For all the money blown in the entrance to the rock fall they knew would stop progress and likely yeild little to no evidence they could have bored several large boreholes to get real evidence and recover bodies if they wanted to.

        • Ross12…
Further to my above post on myocarditis…you will notice that Medsafe name the injection as being ‘Comirnaty’ and you will recall posts some time back on HYS when the FDA gave full approval for the Pfizer shot…

There seemed to be confusion about what injection was being approved and it looked like there had been a bait and switch scam going on with the names. Consensus was, I think, that the approval was for Comirnaty, that did not exist up until that time, and that with formal approval, the immunity waiver did not apply to any injection labelled ‘Comirnaty’….the reason that ‘Pfizer-BioNTech was still being used.

There is a Court case current in the States, where some soldiers are fighting the DOD injection mandate. The Judge overseeing it, came out on Friday and said that the DOD had not produced any evidence that the vaccine ‘Comirnaty’ exists. The DOD mandate relates to Comirnaty.

It makes me wonder about the veracity of Medsafe stating “mRNA vaccines are a new technology being used for preventing COVID-19 infection. One of the vaccines is the Comirnaty COVID-19 mRNA vaccine (also known as the ‘Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA vaccine’).”

I asked the district coordinator for the vaccine to give me the exact writing on the vaccine vial label, but have not heard back.

There is some rich material here for an investigative journalist.

  15. I see the cowards at Fontera are behaving in a dispecable manner towards their employee’s.

Covid 19 Delta outbreak: Fonterra staff may soon need to be vaccinated

All Fonterra workers may soon have to be vaccinated against Covid-19.

The dairy co-op says it is consulting with employees on a proposal to require all roles in New Zealand to be carried out by people who are fully vaccinated.

The mandate could also include Fonterra’s truck drivers.

Fonterra is the country’s biggest corporate. It employs close to 20,000 people around the world, with 10,000 of those staff members working in New Zealand.

    • It is abuse of people, that needs to be called out.
Sadly too often the abused wife returns to her abusive husband.

With the tanker drivers, and factory out put, the demands of milk pick up will begin to ease as peak production about late October, early November starts to ease back, in its slow seasonal decline.

To me, so many Fed Farmers support the concept of mandates, even on their farms, and enough will push or allow Fonterra shiny arses to enforce this.

Slowly but surely the AI technology that supports this traffic light system data passport will be locked into place, then supported by licence’d scanners, enforcers etc… by sometime 2022 winter.

Sure some bumps to the road to freedom serfdom, like more jabbing commissioners, loss of medical privacy, some more versions of lock downs, travel constraints, heavier fines, penalties, but that bungling around snafu’s helps put it all into place, as business’s, corporate’s, ken&karens will demand more of this,–
the name of “Discourse Consensus” that produce “Cautionary Principles”, to make “Abundance of Safety” putting in “Codes of Practice”.

Are we determined, protests, united at all other costs to make the numbers?

    • Couple of possibilities, Sooty:
      1) Anywhere but NZ – the military don’t want you to know where they’re heading
      2) NZ – we don’t have any military that can get airborne (except for the aging AirHorse One)

      • Saggy@1230

Unfair Sir, Your assessment 2 is unfair (indeed VERY unfair) to all the members of the RNZAF who work damned-hard to keep what they’ve been supplied -with well-maintained and capable of (literally) going anywhere when demanded-upon (and invariably at short-notice) by dl and other ‘important people’

It’s not the RNZAF’s fault that it is controlled by by their peacenicjk / socialist / communist masters!

    • NZ Military will show up on flightradar24.com but only when they want to. They must switch off the transponder every now and then. I have noticed rescue helicopters seem to disappear when getting near to the “rescue” site. Don’t know if this is intentional or not.
The bwitch should have a transponder on her broomstick.

    • Sooty@1208

A small detail (Taken from another site and FWIW): ‘Flight tracker FR24 does not display everything flying, only aircraft that have the particular ADS-B transponder signals it collates. Those transponders aren’t universally equipped or required to be, so a non-appearance on FR24 doesn’t automatically mean there is no traffic’.

This would, of course, explain the ‘absence’ of a lot of (But NOT all) RNZAF-registered aircraft on the Flight Radar (FR24) site. .

All of which means that it is possible for an aircraft to be flying directly above you and at low altitude you and yet it will not appear on the Flight Radar (FR24) screen; A state of affairs which can be VERY frustrating!!

That detail notwithstanding, it’s a very interesting site to watch.

Hoping this helps by way of explanation.

      Thank you.

  16. Stuff has stuffed up.

This article has charts showing grossly incorrect figures for Covid cases and deaths per 100,000 population.

For example, in the 70-79 year old age group it states that there were 9 deaths (due to or with Covid). The chart says that represents 2.45 deaths per 100,000. Wrong! 9 deaths is actually 0.18 deaths per 100,000 population. All of the figures in that chart are wrong and overstate the values by a factor of 1400%.

I was one of the first people to comment to Stuff about the error in the article (comments were open but none yet listed).
My comment was not published but over 100 others were. Stuff is allowing the error to continue. Comments now closed.

  17. There’s a thread above discussing the venue for the Mad Queen’s nuptials which sent me to Google images. Turned up quite a good article on how the rich Yank has reversed the ecological wreckage that Young Nicks Head was.

From what I can see there are two possible sites for the knees-up. The area surrounding the house near Muriwai or the restored wetland area at the mouth of the Maraetaha River on the Southeast coast. The latter would be incredibly private & hard to protest but the crews of a fleet of small craft anchored off the beach would be able to make themselves heard.

Hopefully plans will be drawn up so that the ceremony can be fucked over the same way as the country has been in the past two years.

    • How many roads in? You won’t get near the place, but protestors can line the roads leading in. I’m sure Fisher Boy and the one he should have thrown back, will fly in, but at least the guests can be given a colourful welcome.

      • Young Nicks Head station would have a long frontage to SH2 so it’s quite likely to have two or three road entrances. Most cockys though are well aware of the security risks posed by multiple access points so there won’t be many.

If they use the vintage train everyone will arrive at the same time & only a few buses would be needed to ferry guests to the venue. Protest opportunities will be limited.

By sea though is a different story.

        • Nasska…
Thanks for the link. When John Griffin bought the station the locals were not too happy about a rich yank buying up a bit of heritage whenua. I understand that he’s now the bees knees with what he has done, conservation wise and with his philanthropy. I heard years ago that the two local schools (Muriwai and Manutuke) have never needed to fund raise since he arrived.

https://maps.gdc.govt.nz/H5V2_12 you might find this map interesting as it shows the boundaries..the Station homestead in 400m from the railway line on Coop Rd.

Click on the orange ‘I want to’ button to get started

          • Good find Toko. It seems from V2’s 4.32pm comment that the homestead is indeed the venue. The police will have Coop Rd blocked but I wonder if they can do the same with the adjacent public beach.

It will be difficult to rain on the Arch Bitch’s parade but hopefully you locals will find a way.

            • Nasska….The GDC property search is very handy. It gets you into LINZ to find owners names and up here, once you have identified the land and or owner, Maori Land on Line gives you all the share holder’s names.

Three car loads of cops were doing the rounds here yesterday moving on freedom campers. There’s now a ban on them whether vaccinated or not. I have a beach reserve in front of my property that is usually camped out by this time of year. The motor home association has been told to advise their members to stay away as well and I haven’t seen any motor homes since the beginning of the week.

A couple of Maori families have set up a large camp in front and it seems that if you can establish ties to this part of the coast, kei te pai. Non Maori moved on, Maori get to enjoy beach side camping for the Christmas break.

This is really going to create more local animosity, so count on a decent wedding protest.

  18. Explosive revelations about the FDA and Pfizer’s COVID vaccine
PART 2: With billions of Pfizer COVID shots having been mandated by governments and administered to citizens around the world, there have of course been millions of adverse events that have occurred. A group of scientists have sent a FOIA request to the FDA to ascertain the approval process of Pfizer’s COVID vaccine and the first 500 pages of documentation have now been released. What is contained in those pages is staggering. Investigative Journalist from Trial Site News, Sonia Elijah, breaks down the report – which you can find here: https://trialsitenews.com/fdas-forced

  19. Joseph Parker cemented his dominance over Derek Chisora in Manchester on Sunday, showing off his brute strength in a thrilling heavyweight slugfest.

Parker beat Chisora via a controversial split-decision win in May but there was no doubt about who was king of the ring this time around as the two men went to war.

Parker weighed in 5kg heavier for the rematch and the beefed-up Kiwi was packing a serious punch, securing a unanimous decision victory (115-110, 115-111, 114-112) — but the scorecards were slammed for not reflecting the New Zealand fighter’s dominance.

  20. A billionaire’s rural luxury estate awaits Jacinda Ardern and partner Clarke Gayford on their wedding day.

And global chart-topper and Grammy Award-winner Lorde is also understood to be on hand to entertain the couple’s loved ones and friends.

The Herald on Sunday understands the couple will be tying the knot at the farm homestead at Nick’s Head Station at Muriwai, near Gisborne.

The property is owned by hedge fund billionaire John Griffin and his wife Amy, who reportedly also own the most expensive townhouse in New York worth USD$77.1 million (NZD$113 million).

But not everyone is impressed; with the owner of the original planned wedding venue saying he was set to issue the couple with another invoice for a $5000 cancellation fee.

The farm homestead is in the process of being renovated for the second time in a matter of months ahead of the wedding.

The local says he is confident the second renovation – which is under construction by builders from Queenstown – will be ready for Ardern and Gayford’s wedding which is understood to be taking place in late January.

Seems he connects with all the lefties that are lefties in the uSA. Oprah, Wetherspoon etc.

  21. A Christmas horror story:

Christmas Eve at the family gathering, midnight.

“Merry Christmas everyone”, yells the guy serving the booze. He’s definitely a relative but not having seen him for a year I’m buggered if I remember his name.

“Happy Christmas Jim….Fred….Dave….Mick”, we all yell, I’m not the only one who who doesn’t remember who he is.

“We survived until Christmas,” the nameless one shouts, “raise your glasses, let’s have a toast to the memory of (lists names of dead people)”.

“Cheers,” we all shout and quaff the drinks.

The toasts go on for quite a while as we celebrate all the brave things we’ve done this year to defy the virus….not wearing masks in shops, ignoring social distancing in pubs, hugging everyone we know whenever we meet, refusing to accept quarantine. All except cousin James, an intensive care hospital doctor. “What’s the bravest thing you’ve done?” we demand, expecting some awful horror stories.

“I brought the vaccine,” he replies, “and I want you all to have the jab before you leave ”.

The room goes deathly silent for a moment then everyone screams in fear and tries to flee for their lives through the now locked doors.

  22. That’s hard hearted of Sky City.
    FJA and Sky City

Man with mask exemption denied entry into SkyCity

Barry De Geest is in a wheel chair and has no arms and legs, meaning he is unable to put a mask on himself and uses a pen in his mouth as a tool to communicate.

He says he wanted to go to a restaurant at SkyCity and showed his exemption to security.

“They weren’t interested, they said they do not let anyone in without a mask.

“It was humiliating,” says De Geest.

  23. Do these people ever make sense of what they say?

Queensland health authorities have warned people could be unaware they have COVID-19 as those who are vaccinated could be carrying the Omicron variant without showing any symptoms. ….
    …. banning unvaccinated people …..

For real, some people are down right dangerous!

  24. Judge Hands Down Big Win to Gen. Flynn, Will Allow His Family to Sue CNN

CNN may have the opportunity to write another check for doing its job poorly, this time to relatives of former Trump national security advisor Michael Flynn for labeling them followers of the QAnon conspiracy theory.

You’ll recall CNN reportedly wrote a very large check to former Covington High School student Nicholas Sandmann last year after falsely claiming he had confronted and sought to belittle a Native American gentleman during a protest in Washington, D.C. It was actually that man who had approached and stood toe-to-toe with the teenager.

  25. Stuff, as usual, posts under a misleading headline.

Coroner investigating after autopsy links Dunedin man’s death to ‘very rare’ side effect of Pfizer vaccine

And then proceeds to repeat the lies of the drug pushing bitches.

Vaccinologist Dr Helen Petousis-Harris said although vaccine-related myocarditis did happen, it was “very rare” and the risks of the vaccine were greatly outweighed by the risk of contracting Covid-19.

Another discredtied Health Nazi from the past.
