  2. Free milk in schools. The first Labour government introduced the scheme
    – a world first- to improve the health of young NZ’er’s
    between 1937 and 1967.
Now in 2022, a Labour government wants to destroy
the health of young Kiwi’s by poisoning them with an
experimental toxin, aka. a ‘vaccine’. Cindy being ‘kind’.

    Have a great day folks.

      • Don’t be stupid Ben, everyone knows pine milk comes out of pine cones, just like almond milk is made from the almond nut and Anchor Milk is made from anchors (there is a picture of the raw ingredient on every bottle). Bugger the huge amount of water usage to produce such a delicacy.////

        • Yeah I was being sarcastic (sorry), but you are right of course. We could make pine milk out of pine tree seeds! I have collected pine nuts a few times, it takes about 3 weeks to obtain a cupful of seeds. Totally replacing our dairy industry with pine nut milk from our carbon forests we would get rid of unemployment by getting every beneficiary out into the forests collecting seeds for processing. This would also radically alter our carbon footprint because even with 1 million people out collecting the seeds we would collect enough to possibly extract enough for a single container of pine milk for export. All our expensive carbon-emitting trucks transporting real milk would no longer be needed, and the radical greenies would not be able to complain about dirty dairying. Our tourism sector post-covid would thrive with an industry based entirely on a sea of ugly dark green pine trees blocking every view, but revealing a bunch of peasants scrounging for pine seeds for processing. It would be a perfect NZ version of Pol Pots agrarian revolution, and would make our masters in Wellington very happy.

Ancient Hooligan I bow to your economic genius.

          • Ben, thank you for your wisdom, at least you can see it. Around here, the central King Country, carbon forests are being planted as fast as the foreign ’emitters’ can purchase land. so these geezers are getting the future raw material, you speak of, lined up already. Salvation is at hand./////

            • I presume that has each farm is sold and the owners move away the school roll drops a little more, the local committees lack more numbers, the sports club struggle for numbers, the service industries to a rural area are gradually pared back and another economic wasteland is created. The biggest growth area is welfare.

              • HP thats the plan, get em all into the cities where the can be controlled easier and every move under surveilence.

All the new rules regs and costs are designed to rid the country of smaller farms, they slowly get gobbled up by expanding neighbours.
4x small farms @ 2x workers each vs 1x large farm with 4-5 workers. Or vs carbon farming where 20-30ppl would loose jobs and can be maintained by 3ppl.

Add to the drstruction of rural communities the closing down of sawmills and mining operations which as you point out the flow on effects but not just limited to sports and schools theres tradies shopkeepers pubs etc.
The loss of a job usually results in the loss of a family to the area so the community may lose 1-5ppl should a job go and they relocate.

              • Have grave doubts about the integrity of carbon industry and how these “credits “are created.
Have been told of bare paddocks being registered for carbon, indigenous vegetation included far older than1990 and land being put in that does not meet either the stems/ ha or the 5 m height.
Areas less than 100 Ha are not inspected for 30 years by MPI so divide the land into 97 Ha lots!
It seems the carbon regime is being rorted by experts.

            • And over the long term grass produces more O2 and absorbs more CO2 than trees. The Lifecycle of a tree is a net zero. i.e. they do not add or subtract from CO2. It is an illusion created by looking at a tree and seeing physical mass and thereby assuming that as a large mass it is a lot of carbon, which it is. But the lifecycle of the tree is that when it dies, all that mass is lost and converted back into CO2.

Grass, lichens, and mosses on the other hand are net producers of O2 and net absorbers of CO2. If these three things did not exist, there would be no soil, no fertile land, just bare rock. The CO2 that these three extract from the air is more invisible, because the larger portion of the CO2 they harvest gets eaten by grazing animals.

The whole “let’s plant trees to save the planet” is just another part of the whole depopulation and slavery agenda.

If you want to reduce pollution and CO2, put in place a moss based “City Tree” instead of pine trees.

              https://gharpedia.com/blog/city-tree/
              https://www.treehugger.com/citytree-purifies-polluted-air-green-city-solutions-4858291
              https://urbannext.net/citytree/

All the cost of actual trees, land, planting, thinning, feeding and final cost of harvesting the trees makes it way more costly that a “City Tree”.

If you are traveling to a distant planet, what takes up less space, weighs less? 275 trees or a “City Tree”.

Labour and the Greens are barking up the wrong tree, literally.

It is a daft as subsidizing Electric Cars, while maintaining an iron clad grip on stopping new hydro-electric, and preventing nuclear power stations. So all new energy production to power the subsidised electric cars means burning more coal.

          • I was told the other day by a cocky that is neighbor to a Land Corp farm that they (Land Corp) are going to get rid of their deer and go into carbon farming. That is 900 deer gone and 300 hectares of good, flat grazing land planted in pine trees. Near Hokitika.

            16

            0

            • It may be diferent because its landcorp but any less the 1000ha isnt worth it you only get screwed by the middle man (under 1000ha must use a 3rd party to trade cc) but i suspect landcorp collectively will own far more then 1000ha.

To solve the problems that are obvious with carbon farming into nz all thats needed is 2 simple piece of legislation…
“All exotic trees that have had carbon credits claimed MUST be harvested by 30yrs of age” its that simple but national or winston first certainly wouldnt upset their donor mates with it and labour wouldnt risk forestry staying in productive farmland.

            • Webwrat, I am surprised LandCorp still own any farms. Where I live and around the western side of Lake Taupo, there were heaps of LandCorp farms. Now there is only one LandCorp farm left, at National Park. All, what were LandCorp farms are now Maori owned and controlled, most with European farm managers. One large farm has been planted out in manuka by the early settlers for honey, but no doubt with substantial Government grants for the tree and planting costs. Because of the size of it, it will no doubt be used to claim carbon credits as well.

          • I believe Hamilton City council has gone all OTT green, the middle of the roads that used to have flax etc (cheap nasties growing) now have weeds as high as they can grow. The road out of Hamilton to Te Awamutu is particularly bad. others the other ways out of town are as bad its shocking, unkempt and looks like a disgusting rat infested grown out of control mess. The parks are not mown often, as its clean for the environment. WTF are we paying increasing rates for every year??? To increase the salaries of the councillors and staff?????? So just imagine what those farms will look like in the future.

            11

            0

            • Lizzie, I think you will find the roadside between Hamilton & Te Awamutu is maintained by NZTA as it is State Highway 3. Around here, all the State Highways have had their maintenance cut considerably. For example, they used to contract out the mowing of the edges of the State Highways from 6 times per year, now down to 2 to 3 times per year depending where it is. They previously did a double cut (cut 2 mower widths in from the road edge) now they only do 1 mower width cut in.
This is all to save costs, not to better society.

  3. Sir Ray Avery.

Omicron infection rates in Europe and the USA are going vertical. Epidemiologist Michael Baker says “New Zealand must look at ways to reduce the number of COVID-19 infected travelers arriving into New Zealand”.

The MOH said it was committed to offering strong protection against the Omicron variant getting a foothold in this country.

So, here we go again – our Government believes they can prevent Omicron from gaining a foothold in NZ.

Have we learnt nothing from the last two years of hardship emanating from a failed COVID elimination strategy, ongoing border closures and rolling lockdowns?

We can’t stop Omicron from becoming endemic in NZ.

Real-world data from the UK shows Omicron patients are only about a third as likely to end up in hospital than those with Delta.

Lab studies suggest it’s because Omicron doesn’t really get into the lungs and other vital organs, sticking to the upper airways.

Omicron can teach us a lot about going forward in a COVID world.

Contracting an infectious disease like COVID for most healthy people living in the Southern Hemisphere – in areas with a low population density and high relative humidity, is not life-threatening.

New Zealand has a total of 53 recorded COVID deaths – with the majority of patients being over the age of 60, and having between one and four underlying comorbidities.

So, going forward, we can’t continue to put 100% of our efforts into preventing the spread of Omicron by closing our borders and having rolling lockdowns.

We need to develop a holistic healthcare strategy to reduce preventable COVID deaths.

For the past two years, the Government has failed to do this.

I fear the emergence of the less virulent Omicron variant will cause the Government to double-down on its COVID elimination strategy again, keeping its borders closed and shutting us off from the rest of the world – and taking away our freedom for no good reason other than fear.

In 2022, we need hope of a better life for all New Zealanders – and a long-term plan on how to live with COVID.

Frankly, I can’t put up with another year of Michael Baker being on TV daily with that surprised look like a possum caught in the headlights, telling us all we are going to die.

We need better scientific analysis to predict the underlying precursors to regional COVID case-related mortality rates, so we can determine the best way to protect people from dying of COVID.

Where you live in the world is the biggest determinant of the likelihood of dying of COVID – and in New Zealand, because of our physical isolation, small population, environmental conditions, and small number of highly populated cities – and our outdoors’ lifestyle, we are one of the safest places in the world to live in terms of likelihood of contacting a life- threatening pathogenic disease.

“Think twice before you vaccinate your kids. Because if something bad happens, you can’t go back and say, ‘whoops, I want a do-over,’” Malone told EpochTV’s “American Thought Leaders” program in an interview, Part 1 of which premiered on Sunday.

  6. Border Patrol Reports 1,066 Percent Increase in Fentanyl Seized in South Texas

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has reported a 1,066 percent increase in fentanyl seized in south Texas ports during fiscal year 2021.

Border agents at eight ports of entry extending from Brownsville to Del Rio said that between Oct. 1, 2020, and Sept. 30, 2021, they seized 87,652 pounds of narcotics that would have commanded a combined estimated street value of $786 million, CBP reported on Jan. 5.

Of this, 41,713 pounds was marijuana, 8,592 pounds was cocaine, 33,777 pounds was methamphetamine, 1,215 pounds was heroin, and 588 pounds was fentanyl. That’s a 1,066 percent increase in fentanyl seizures, as well as a 98 percent increase in cocaine seizures, from the year prior.

They also reported having seized $10.4 million in unreported currency, 463 weapons—up 21 percent from FY 2020—and 84,863 rounds of ammunition.

Guided by Trump Hatred, Opposition Must Now Answer for Its Improprieties

    Conrad Black
    December 20, 2021 Updated: December 28, 2021
The year ends in Washington amid immense contumely. The Democrats continue monotonously on the one theme they have had these five years—Trump-hate, and they are now serving up that tired dish from a pre-confected misstatement of the former president’s views of the trespass and vandalism at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

It’s as odious and defamatory as their prolonged insistence upon a conspiracy between Trump and the Russian government to influence the 2016 presidential election. This endless presentation of Trump as a threat to democracy must be in its last lap. Even the former president’s more fervent admirers have often been appalled at his stylistic shortcomings, but not a whit of evidence has been adduced that his conduct has ever been illegal.

  8. It’s Time to Drop the Hysteria and Learn to Live With COVID
    Bruce Pardy

    January 8, 2022 Updated: January 9, 2022

For most people, Omicron is a highly contagious cold. Lots will catch it, and most will get sniffles and a sore throat. Yes, even with Omicron, as with the flu, some people will get seriously ill, and a few will die. Masking, social distancing, capacity limits, lockdowns, curfews, and “vaccines” are not stopping the spread. People who dodge Omicron this time will face the next variant, or the one after that. Like other respiratory viruses in circulation, COVID-19 is here to stay. Therefore, COVID is done. Either mild Omicron is the end of COVID madness, or there is no off-ramp. The panic-demic must finish or we will be doing this forever.

For the past 23 months, the real pandemic has not been COVID but anxiety. According to Mattias Desmet, professor of clinical psychology at Ghent University in Belgium, the COVID crisis is a product of “mass formation,” a collective psychosis that can occur when a significant portion of the population develops an irrational fixation on an external cause. Mass formation is most likely to occur, Desmet says, when a critical mass of people suffers from a lack of social bonds, a lack of meaning in their lives, free-floating anxiety that has no specific source or cause, and free-floating frustration and aggression not directed at a particular target.

  10. BAFFLING ILLNESS SPREADING AMONG YOUNG ADULTS IN CANADA, CAUSING RAPID COGNITIVE DESTRUCTION
    ———————————————-
A whistleblower in the Canadian province of New Brunswick says that a new “mystery” illness is circulating among young people that is causing swift cognitive decline.

Interestingly, it has been happening for the past several years and really started picking up once the “vaccines” for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) emerged under Operation Warp Speed.

The Guardian describes it as “a progressive neurological illness” that afflicts young people with no prior history of health problems or triggers. Some of its symptoms include rapid weight loss, insomnia, hallucinations, difficulty thinking and limited mobility.

Right now, there are 48 official cases of the baffling illness under investigation. This unnamed illness was first announced in Spring 2021 right after Donald “father of the vaccine” Trump‘s fast-tracked injections started reaching the general population.

“I’m truly concerned about these cases because they seem to evolve so fast,” the whistleblower is quoted as saying. “I’m worried for them and we owe them some kind of explanation.”

And not only that. Apparently unhappy with Jimmy two mum’s performance as leader.
Well who gives a rats arse!

        • Sooty,
I read a couple of days ago, that there is growing dissension in the Green ranks, and with Jimmy Two Mums in particular. Essentially that in order to stay in power the Green leadership have jumped in bed with Labour, and have betrayed Green objectives.

While I do not agree with the objectives of the Green party, I do agree that the Greens management have betrayed the green objectives. Rightly or wrongly, many things will not be “sitting right” with core Green members.

Personally, while not being a Green supporter I do support their quite common stance on no GM foods. Generic manipulation of food leads to unintended consequences, as does genetic manipulation of human DNA through DNA medicines.

I do believe that a reasonable percentage of Green supporters are attracted to the Greens because of a loss of faith in GM, medicines, and the desire to return to nature and look after the planet. I suspect that many middle of the road people that find the Greens attractive, do so because of genuine concerns about the direction of the planet, reliance on ever increasing medicines, vaccines and chemicals, instead of returning to nature. That the Green party / movement has been hijacked by marxists, would not known by most. While we on YSB see the Green movement as marxist, the middle of the road voters that voted Green, do not necessarily see it that way.

Given that the no GM stance and keeping things natural stance would be widespread amongst those middle of the road Greens, I fail to see how most of those people would be comfortable with the mandatory vaccine rollout, especially when it comes to children. Despite assurances from the Greens leadership, I suspect that many non-marxist Greens are waking up to the fact that the Green party itself, is simply an extension of the marxist Labour party, that captured and soaked up the nature loving vote, by telling porkies and pretending to be something it never was and never will be.

In an ironic twist of fate, dissenting core Green voters may just yet be part of the solution, by forcing an uncoupling with Labour. Part of what I read in the last couple of days, implied that many viewed Shaw as a traitor, and that there is an ever growing number that would like to see him gone.

Those core greens that are not marxist, would be better coupled with the outdoor party and Sue Grey than remain coupled to the sick fetish seeking LGBTQI deviants in the Green Party and James Shaw.

A few months ago I would have put ACT before the Outdoors Party but that was before Seymour passed over to the Dark Side and pledged allegiance to Darth Vaccinator.

  12. I haven’t had the flu all winter
Miss Beatrice, the church organist, was in her eighties and had never been married. She was admired for her sweetness and kindness to all.
One afternoon the pastor came to call on her and she showed him into her quaint sitting room.
She invited him to have a seat while she prepared tea….
As he sat facing her old Hammond organ, the young minister noticed a cut glass bowl sitting on top of it.
The bowl was filled with water, and in the water Floated, of all things, a condom!
When she returned with tea and scones, they began to chat. The pastor tried to stifle his curiosity about the bowl of water and its strange floater, but soon it got the better of him and he could no longer resist.
‘Miss Beatrice’, he said, ‘I wonder if you would tell me about this?’ Pointing to the bowl.
‘Oh, yes,’ she replied, ‘Isn’t it wonderful? I was walking through the park a few months ago and I found this little package on the ground.
The directions said to place it on the organ, keep it wet and that it would prevent the spread of disease…
Do you know I haven’t had the flu all winter. 😂

  16. Seems ta similar bunch of early settlers may be in the news again.

Police have launched a homicide investigation into the death of a 19-month-old toddler.

The toddler was brought into Gisborne Hospital with critical injuries on Thursday, January 6, and was subsequently flown to Starship Hospital.

“Sadly, the toddler died today,” says a police spokesperson.

“Police enquiries into the nature and circumstances surrounding their injuries are continuing.”

A scene examination has been completed at a residential address in Te Hapara, Gisborne.

“Police are speaking to a number of people, but we would like to speak to anyone else who may have information that could assist our enquiries in determining how the toddler’s injuries were sustained.”

  17. Misinformation from national leaders about Covid-19 vaccinations for children needs to be shut down to ensure parents make the best decisions for their tamariki, a Māori leader says.

National Māori Authority chair Matthew Tukaki has called out a National Party MP for bringing an air of authenticity to anti-lockdown protests, saying National Party leader Christopher Luxon needed to pull her in line.

I guess he is getting well paid or he is simply a mindless useless nasty prick.
No doubt he is well informed and knows all the risks and will take responsibility for the damage it causes to the tamariki. Much like they do now when one gets killed. Reference my post above.

    • “Matthew is known for his work in broadcasting, radio, employment, the global financial crisis, education and research in Australia and internationally.”

No mention in Tukaki’s bio about what his medical qualifications are, so I think I’m going to take more notice on this subject of what a Doctor says, who takes over 20 minutes in a 2 hour video interview just to outline some of his medical credentials and impeccable qualifications.

    • Viking , who is this Matthew Tukaki, other than being a mouthy prick who should be told to fuck off, tuit suite.

Mr Tukaki, a self opiniated arsehole, and Chairman of an organisation, he helped set up, called the National Maori Authority for which he is a spokesman, An organisation funded by the public purse, in other words, you, the taxpayer. An organisation set up, presumably to further Mr Tukaki’s profile and back pocket.

Just look at the words and dictionary meaning of his organisation, the National Maori Authority.

      Authority, noun
      noun: authority; plural noun: authorities

      1.
the power or right to give orders, make decisions, and enforce obedience.
“he had absolute authority over his subordinates”

So by definition, Mr Tukaki believes by this organisation, he has the right to force obedience and give orders.
      To whom?

So what public voting system installed Mr Tukaki into this position, or did he appoint himself to this lofty post?

Anything Matthew Tukaki says is not worth a knobble of goat shit and anyone who believes a high falutin name like “the “National Maori Authority” speaks, acts for the benefit of anyone (other than Mr Tukaki) or in fact has any authority, is deluded.

      • Wiseowl, Luxon has already been dictated too and had his National MP remove her Facebook post.
Luxon will listen to Tukaki because he will not want to upset the early settler. If it was me, an official letter on a National Party letterhead as,

        Dear Mr Tukaki,

        Fuck off.

        Yours faithfully,
        Christopher Luxon,
        National Party Leader,
        Leader of the Opposition

  18. More crap for employers to deal with.

In 2019, the two former directors of Dunedin company Southern Taxis were found personally liable for failing to pay minimum wages and holiday pay after the company was wound up, and it could not pay the $97,753 owed to the drivers. The Employment Court later overturned that ruling.

The Employment Relations Authority had earlier found Ronald Grant and Maureen Grant treated four taxi drivers as contractors when they were actually employees of Southern Taxis in Dunedin.

In a ruling released on December 20, the Court of Appeal said it was irrelevant that the Grants believed the drivers were contractors, and referred the case back to the Employment Court.

  20. Craig Kelly on Djokovic.

The whole things smells of a political stunt by the Morrison government.

When a judge makes such comments, what a disgrace, embarrassment & shame the Morrison government has brought upon our nation.

It’s now clear that the treatment of Djokovic was not based upon ‘’the rules’’ (nevertheless these rules being a disgrace in themselves – completely irrational rules based purely of superstition).

The Minster for Home Affairs should resign.

CRAIG KELLY MP – Leader United Australia Party – keeping the bastards honest., [10/01/2022 7:27 PM]
    Breaking – Djokovic wins in court 6-0, 6-0, 6-0

    The Minister must resign.

    The Prime Minister must apologise.

  21. National MP who took selfie with protesters claimed ‘sinister’ motive behind Government’s Covid powers

which of course is true but her bald headed “boss” cancelled her anyway.
What a prick he turned out to be.
He forgets she was voted in by people he doesn’t represent.
