Demand For Madagascar’s Coronavirus Remedy Grows Across Africa despite WHO Warnings
Niamh Harris:
Several countries in Africa are placing orders for Madagascar’s plant-based COVID-19 remedy, despite warnings from the World Health Organisation that its efficacy is unproven.
WHO said the product had not been tested in line with international standards.
Madagascar’s President Andry Rajoelina and the country’s Institute for Applied Research launched the remedy Covid-Organics (CVO), launched at a news conference last month.
“All trials and tests have been conducted and its effectiveness in reducing and elimination of symptoms has been proven in the treatment of Covid-19 patients in Madagascar” Rajoelina said adding that the herbal drink had already cured two people.
Reuters reports: On Friday, a Tanzanian delegation arrived in Madagascar to collect their consignment.
The tonic, based on the plant Artemisia annua which has anti-malarial properties, has not undergone any internationally recognised scientific testing. While Rajoelina extolled its virtues, the WHO cautioned it needs to be tested for efficacy and side effects.
Madagascar has been giving away thousands of bottles of “COVID-19 Organics”, developed by the state-run Malagasy Institute of Applied Research.
Tanzania, Equatorial Guinea, Central African Republic, the Republic of Congo, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, Liberia, and Guinea Bissau have all already received thousands of doses of COVID-19 Organics free of charge.
A legal adviser in the president’s office told Reuters on Wednesday that Madagascar would now begin selling the remedy, which domestically can be bought for around 40 U.S. cents per bottle.
“This remedy can be put on the market,” Marie Michelle Sahondrarimalala, director of Legal Studies at the Presidency, told Reuters in an interview on Wednesday. “Madagascar has already received orders from state authorities in other countries, but also from private individuals.”
Heads of other African countries said they were placing orders.
If it works I can just see our dear leader saying we need that here and it was all her amazeballs idea.
And you can bet she will not allow us to make our own mind up about this Hydroxychloroquine because Trump is taking it on advice of his doctor
Ardoom would endorse anything to get her hideous face
in the international spotlight.
Hell, she would probably say her kid’s turds can cure cancer.
ArDoom could become a witch doctor and solve things.
She has got the witch part correct.
All she needs is an honourary doctorate from Waikato Uni and ..
bada bing bada boom bada bang
….she will be full blow witch doctor.
Bolger received an honorary doctorate from Waikato Uni.
Interesting place. Grandaughter was there last year.
Chinese infiltrating as they do and they have control of the vanilla buying and selling.
So funny with President Trump taking hydrocloraquine and zinc under medical care with his own White House doctor prescribing it. The left have lost it!!! The end is nigh, everyone is going to die! Meanwhile HCQ kills the Wuhu flu in a test tube and Australia are testing it on their frontline medical workers and lots of other are being saved by taking HCQ and zinc. Wind them up pres!
Saw footage of POTUS press conference when he said he was taking hcq.
There was a collective intake of breath as the assembled journos imploded.
Hilarious.
Pelosi says hcq is unsafe, but the gallon of Botox injected into her face is just fine.
I just heard on the 9.00 News that WHO has come out saying it has not been tested etc etc . All that proves is the WHO is in the pocket of Gates and all his vaccine mates. I hope WHO does not meet President Trump’s 30 day deadline and he makes his defunding of WHO permanent.
Just like this natural remedy , HQC threatens the vaccine guy’s money tree for this disease. All I can say is the WHO has lost all it’s remaining credibility with this crisis. Fortunately, I do not think I’m the only one who thinks based on comments all over the web.
Like the UN it should be scraped and something more fit for purpose put in its place.
PS WG. I would not be surprised if the Australian trial is just using HQC. The trial will be designed to fail —it is being done in Victoria afterall.

The image you have added is a little old —that doctor has helped 800+ patients now and that was a couple of weeks ago when I last checked.
One of the interesting things about his story is that he has his own medical issues , so he is doing all this work remotely with a team of nurses doing the actual physical work.
