Judge Emma Aitken who appeared to be intoxicated (and who also heads up an Alcohol & Drug rehabilitation court for offenders) was next door at a bash for activist Judges when she stormed into the function interrupted Peters’ speech and yelled “he’s lying! How can you let him say that!” After being asked to leave she continued to abuse several women in attendance including Shane Jones’ wife, then Aitken’s partner ‘celebrity’ Dr David Galler joined in the fracas.
Galler who is close to Jacinda Ardern and an Author at Newsroom has written articles on how toxic young males “drive hatred for Ardern”. He has also been a high profile fundraiser for the Labour Party. Galler also holds a senior position at Te Whatu Ora, tried to physically block Peters from leaving the venue and yelled “you’re doing a shit job in govt” before he intimidatingly ‘got up in minister Casey Costellos face’ and verbally abused her. Aitken was then joined by KC Michael Reed who despite club rules of no photographs inside the venue and being asked to stop continued to take pictures of women in attendance, presumably for his private collection. When asked to stop he threatened them with legal action. Entitled, jumped up Marxist pricks.
Galler’s mother was an Auschwitz survivor then shockingly made a racially charged attack against an Indian staff member who had asked them to leave the venue. Several witnesses reported that Galler said to the employee “this used to be a sophisticated club, since when did we let Indians in?” – it’s so so typical of the elite lunatic Marxist morons, nasty twits. It was only in September that Shane Jones was asked by the Attorney-General Judith Collins to apologise for calling the NZ judiciary – ‘totalitarian, marxist and communist’ of course he was spot on.
Dump these pricks off the bench, and any tax payer funded positions. It’s time to rake the judiciary and NZ’s pathetic elite over and remove these activist knuckleheads.
Dr David Galler is a Trustee for the F&P Healthcare Foundation which is led by the talented Neerali Parbhu who comes from a family of Indian heritage. How do Galler’s alleged verbal attacks, physical blocking of government Ministers and racist comments about Indians fit with values? Surely the Foundation has to reach out to and hear first hand what occurred and make a decision about Galler’s future with the Foundation. Noticeably, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare have been silent on this matter.
