Prepare for more immigrants from the worlds shit hole countries

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says the policy that explicitly prevents refugees from Africa and the Middle East from immigrating to New Zealand, unless they already have family living in the country, is up for review.

The Government has repeatedly told media the policy is being reviewed. However, it has not disclosed how long the review would take, when it is due to finish or if Cabinet has consensus on scrapping the policy.

The issue was highlighted in May on TVNZ1’s Sunday, which found New Zealand’s main refugee quota has been heavily affected by the policy.

“In your address at the memorial for the Christchurch attacks, you said compassion, kindness and a welcoming nature represents New Zealand’s best qualities,” TVNZ1 Q+A host Jack Tame said. “But months on, we still have a refugee policy that your own Minister for Immigration says discriminates against refugees from Muslim-majority countries in Africa and the Middle East. Why is that?”

Ms Ardern responded that “the policy we inherited did have… particular carve-outs within it”.

“It’s up for review, and we are in the process of doing that work now,” she said.

When asked why it could not be changed during a Cabinet meeting, Ms Ardern said that sentiment was “often what you think when you’re not inside Government, then you come in and go through a process”.

“We’re reviewing it right as we speak, so I’m not going to here put up a massive challenge for something we’re already looking at.”

When asked what her personal view of the policy was, Ms Ardern said she was “not going to preempt Cabinet making announcements”.

In June, Immigration Minister Iain Lees-Galloway said on Q+A the decision is before Government “on our next three-year programme, the family link decision is part of that”.

Mr Lees-Galloway said he had not received “advice to that extent” of security concerns of refugees from Africa or the Middle East. “This is our opportunity to review that setting, it is the right time to do it,” he said.

Asked if there was cross-party support in changing the rule, Mr Lees-Galloway said he was in discussions with New Zealand First and the Green Party.

Cross pardy support according to ILG is his COL and not the whole of parliament like anybody else would think .

On TVNZ1’s Breakfast in May, Mr Lees-Galloway said the policy was “the very definition of discrimination”.

But Deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters said in June the immigration policy is not racist.

“It can hardly be racist. How could it possibly be racist when all the ones coming in are brown or black? How could that possibly be racist?” Mr Peters told Q+A.

“Maybe your definition, it’s not mine.”

A split in the COL? Who will win this one?

  1. NZ hardly needs more blood suckers than we already have. The EU loves self-destruction. Send ’em there. They can have NZ’s share of the “refugees.”

    • They’re good people. I’ve known many over the years. Intelligent, educated, great sense of humour, and they know what self-reliance means.

    • Alice, I disagree, I have known great Coloured, Indian and African people in South Africa.
All of whom would make good contributory people to our society and this runs the same for some Zimbabweans I have known too.

      • We employed a Zimbabwean. Great guy, hard worker and fully integrated with family, friends and society . He understood the value of being an immigrant to NZ.

      • I have known Rhodesians that left there when the going got tough.
They went to South Africa as they preferred that part of the world.
        Then things got sticky.

Now they typically don’t want to come to NZ as it is small, cold, and far away from places with a weak wage structure for actual skill.
They generally try for- as happens in the education sector -in order > US>Canada>Australia>UK > NZ as last resort.
        We dont get the best.
After a while here in their last choice they move over to Australia when they can.

They are often fine people but NZ is not where they want to be. I stayed a few days in Brisbane 4 years ago with a guy who took that route from Rhodesia. I worked with him here in NZ and as soon as he could – 5 years- he moved the family to Australia.
I was talking on Skype a few weeks ago to another one who is in Toowoomba. He was skiting about the 22 degree day in June as normal. He even went there after 45 years of age and will not get benefits but still prefers to be there.

This using NZ as a stepping stone was a contributing factor to the 2001 changes that cut out benefits for NZers. Fair cop to the Aussies I say.

  2. She doesn’t have to change any Policy.
Next year the UN Migration Compact kicks in- Any countries who signed will effectively have completely open borders….To refuse entry would incur the wrath of the United Nations (Could you see Jacinda wanting to upset her beloved UN?)
We are about to see carnage the likes of many New Zealanders cannot even comprehend.
It will be one hell of a wake up call for middle New Zealand

    • The UN needs to be disbanded. If the UN was any use at all they would be working to keep populations in their own countries of birth and building efficient economic democracies. The UN is run by globalists for their own ends, not for the benefit of individual countries and the people.

    • Even those that didn’t sign I think, it will be on a majority of UN members IIRC.

    • Do you think they will do that just before the next election? The drunken dwarf will grandstand and say he stopped the COL from allowing this to happen and all his dumb supporters will just vote for the despicable prick again.

    • The UN Uses the 1969 Blue Mink song ‘Melting Pot’ as a blueprint.

Take a pinch of white man
Wrap him up in black skin
Add a touch of blue blood
And a little bitty bit of red Indian boy
Oh like a Curly Latin kinkies
Oh Lordy, Lordy, mixed with yellow Chinkees, yeah
You know you lump it all together
And you got a recipe for a get along scene
      Oh what a beautiful dream
If it could only come true, you know, you know

      Chorus
What we need is a great big melting pot
Big enough enough enough to take
The world and all its got And keep it stirring for a hundred years or more
And turn out coffee coloured people by the score

      • Unfortunately, there is one culture that will never assimilate as they consider themselves to be the superior peoples. They are patient and will spend years to build their demographic to numbers that will eventually overwhelm this small country to obey the prophets mandate that until all the world is ruled by their god’s law there will never be peace. It is frightening to think that the UN contains 60 Islamic countries – 30% of the UN are muslim countries and they rule the roost. It would be better if it was a proportional representation entity as small muslim nations e.g. the Maldives with a minute population have one vote whilst e.g. Australia who has millions get one vote each. Frightening.

  3. They will not evade that truth on their application. They will say they want to integrate and be part of NZ society and then revert to their own customs. Can’t blame them really, birds of a feather and all, but NZ doesn’t need those who are not working and paying taxes to contribute to the whole.

    In short. NO.

  4. While I want to laugh at all the Winston First voters, it would be a sick laugh as it truly impacts the future of our country detrimentally yet again.

Here we witness the worthlessness of Winston Peters’ stances all over again. He has never cared about the people of NZ; he only cares about Winston Peters first, second, third and every conceivable position.

In future, please remember Winston Peters is NZ’s prime liar (to Winston First voters).

    • “In future, please remember Winston Peters is NZ’s prime liar (to Winston First voters).”

That’s quite an “honour” you have bestowed upon him there considering the “competition” for “prime liar” from ardern the liar.

      • It’s an easy contest: Winston has been blatantly doing it his entire career, and that includes his time in law firms. Ardern may be trying to catch up but Peters has such a lead on her it’s almost incomprehensible that she could catch to him for 2020.

  5. That can be used against us too, I consider swimming pool use an example of this. Not just special swimming times, which will be the outcome but access to water and swimming, part of being Kiwi. which of course it is, but will it become a human right?

“It’s really important that all members of the community have public pools that are accessible to them both for water safety reasons and for recreation,” she said.

“Particularly living in a country like New Zealand, having water safety skills is hugely important we know not enough Muslim women are getting those skills. I think Auckland Council themselves have acknowledged that and are keen to improve accessibility so that’s why this incident is so unfortunate.”

    • They say once the Muslim population of a Western country approaches 5%, they become more militant and demanding. We have a Muslim population that is growing, but is nowhere near 5%, and already they are starting to demand. And in some cases segregating their children in Muslim schools.

  6. The real issue is their values aren’t middle NZ and they have signed the Migrants Pact at the UN as a consequence.
I do not know anyone who has read it right through, which makes it harder to explain to people.
The section dealing with the way they expect govts and media to deal with those who disagree with the pact and it’s actions is not only abhorant, but not condusive to democracy.
That, NZF, Labour and Green are ok with this is dangerous for NZ society’s Freedoms.
I look forward to seeing what Simon and National say.
My opinion is they signed it after reading it all, therefore they are NOT fit for office in the NZ Parliament.

  7. Good in theory.
But who is going to interview them?
And they will just lie to get in.
And then go to their local mosque the next week

    • What Melahi said. The mass rapes in Cologne a few years back at the festival wasn’t done by Muslim men…all men were responsible. That is the template they use.

Closer to home: it wasn’t some mental Aussie who shouldn’t have had access due to Ardern’s lax changes, it was all law abiding firearm license holders. You know this is true because they’re the ones being punished…

      • Yes, they initially did blame German women reporting being raped by Muslim men for being racist. Strategy 1 worked for a while but when that dam burst (overwhelming number of cases), they moved to strategy 2: all men not Muslim men.

    • It is all done behind closed doors and the women are not allowed to have recourse from our courts. We would be particularity naive if we thought that they did not have their own little sharia councils hidden behind closed doors in the mosques where nikka marriage are performed but not registered in the NZ system. Same for second, third and fourth wivesNZ .

  9. I see a number of fully veiled women when I collect my grandchildren from school, I often wonder what their burkas are hiding. They wear sunglasses as well. I think poor women when I see them walking past. Easy to hide the beatings when they are well covered from head to toe with only eyes out and they are covered with glasses as well. Its frightening to be honest.

  10. It seems that with just a tweak of multiculturalism, then wives can be hammered, but not with alcohol, as then the man, the owner will be dishonoured.

    24 Jan, 2017
Yasir Mohib hit his wife with a hammer after she complained he wasn’t
holding her hand. At first he was allowed to walk free, but is now been sentenced to jail time.

[The District Court seems to be already sharia compliant.]

An Auckland man who previously escaped a conviction for beating his wife with a hammer has now been handed a jail term.

Yasir Mohib pleaded guilty to three violence charges – common assault, assault with a weapon and threatening behaviour – and was discharged without conviction by Judge Philippa Cunningham.
[This activist judge knows her sharia.]

She ruled the consequences of convictions were out of proportion to the gravity of the offending, in particular the possibility Mohib, who has three New Zealand-born children, might be deported to Pakistan, despite the legal principle that a sentencing judge should not usurp the role of immigration authorities.

A bit of multi-cultural sharia trumps all other laws.
Probably seen to be a bit too early for the High Court to be come sharia compliant, yet, or not enough of the UK modern judgmental influences, as will happen with the new Human Rights Commissioner.

    • Have seen this and similar more than once.

It’s not “sharia law” they are following but the “kindness” of ardern the liar. If you want to progress in the judiciary you need “like” from ardern.
