I was there, Brig. Arrived about 1240 I guess. Not a soul in sight. Saw someone I thought was probably you, but couldn’t get close enough to wake him up because of all the beer fumes.

Biggest let down of my life, second only to a shearing competition I entered in London. Organised by the Southern Cross pub. I turned up on the day, all kitted out with my gear ready to go. Not a sheep in sight, and the “shearing” competition was shaving balloons with razors. That took a bit of living down.

It just takes an ember, and just keeping it glowing at this stage.
So at the moment we look after the embers, as the tinder needs more drying out.
Some more kindling to cut, and also to be dried out.

When the winds really blow, drying it all out, then the systemic institutions will see conflagrations light up.

Sorry rissole, sagz and starving youll have to wait untill november to see a descent turnout for a protest. Work on some sweet signs and if you have a ute tractor or truck then deck it out with some good anti cindy slogans. Ive got 6 sheets of ply and a big flatdeck trailer for my message at the protest, may need some inspiration for what to paint on it tho.

For the record: I was there. The Brigadier and I had an interesting conversation about the foibles of human behavior. No cops appeared. Many of the pedestrians in the vicinity were wearing masks to protect them from the fresh air and sunshine.
