Lizzie, I do not know what age I became permanently unimpressed by a load of shit, but I know I was very young. What has happened since is that I have turned into a thin lipped Curmudgeon. I don’t know that that has done me any good, but I do know, I feel better.
Have to have an enquiring mind.
That leads to being cynical of anyone who thinks that they have the answers or the absolute truth.
Getting older just makes you challenge the thinking of others.

Then they can learn as well. Of course you can be wrong so you learn.
