I have been asked to put a button to list comments in order of ‘most recent’, ‘most popular’ or ‘historical order’?

This list of images is found at the bottom of each post page

If you click on the red image you are taken to the hottest comment thread. Clicking on the yellow image you go to the most reacted comments

You will also have noticed the addition of the date to the list of recent posts on the right of each page.

  1. Fantastic! This blog is getting bedderer and bedderer every day. I’ll send a link to horsey face in Welly so she can keep up with the latest.

    • Thank you for your comments. There are still many who have registered who are yet to comment. I wonder why they bothered to do that and not join in. Never mind, “nowt stranger than folk”
It will only get bedder as time passes.

      • For what it’s worth Peter George once estimated a ratio of 20 watchers/readers to each commentator was about average. No idea where he got his figures from.

      • KB was always like that. Perhaps every SIOS amdn and every policeman are watching us. Well fuck you all. Its time you upheld our rights as citizens rather than the attempts by the socialists and the communists that exist in your favorite parties. You will be next. That’s what Stalin and Hitler did. Learn your history brothers.

  2. But… how can we view the comments in time order (most recent or oldest first)?
Also, is it possible to put the sorting menu at the top of the comments list rather than at the bottom of the page?

At any rate… I appreciate your efforts – cheers ?

  3. Maybe make the first 20 people who signed up and commented at the beginning of YSB “Founding posters” or “FP” beside their avatar, or something like that if ya get my drift.
