We have got two protests coming up this weekend and I have just had a play around with a T-shirt and banner logo using YSB’s JFA sign-off.
I’m not an artist and was wondering whether you could post this idea so that someone in the group with the skills could refine it. It would be great to have a common flag meme that YSBers could use at these protests and have a bit of a laugh later to see them in the protest videos.

Feel free to use it on ysb. I tried getting it on bumper stickers but no one I contacted could get it done by protest day, would’ve made for a great groundswell or VFF fundraiser!

I’m offended that you would compare the Nazis to Labour. The Nazis did wonders for their people, lifting the circumstances of millions.
They were however strong on the rights of ethnic indigenous people, just like Labour. And that policy led them into attrocities, just like Labour.
Ditch the swastikas and be original.
I go along with Beorn & Kea. Inclusion of the Nazi symbol threatens to derail the message. The MSM will use any pretence to deflect criticism of the bitch. The headline would read “Nazi Uprising Amongst Antivaxxers” instead of “Protest Against Peoples’ Leader”
Stay on message. Keep it simple.
I agree with nasska, Beorn and Kea. You don’t want to derail the message, or give the govt, MSM or the Karens and Kens easy fodder to derail the purpose of the protests or the good work that Groundswell, VFF, TFRC and everyone else are doing to fight for our rights and our freedoms. Instead, make them dig really really hard for any dirt, don’t hand them trailer loads.
I know both organisations have code of conducts and approved slogans for protest banners. Groundswell specifically mentions in their Code of Conduct 10. No offensive placards or signs (see list below) and 13. We want to be in the media so the Government takes notice for the right reasons:

Those 2 signs can work, as far as being against “manadatory = Compulsory” and “Health” regulations, 🙂
As the others have said about that second one. The readers of this blog are sophisticated enough to get the joke, but the idiot media aren’t and they’d just say the protest is full of neo-nazis. Maybe just leave it as FJA without the swastika. The aim of Groundswell is to encourage the uninformed middle NZers to stand up against Labour. Nazi iconography will just repel.
As much as some of us have a chuckle at cindy dressed as a commie or hitler/ nazi association it only appeals to a small chunk of the population.
The scum msm has already attached many labels to the “anti vax” crowd and have made recent mention of those ppl using comparisons to hitler.
We are fighting cancel culture as well as this stupid govt, swastikas etc just give them ammo to use against us and discredit any protests using it.
We want people to join our side and support us, not be put off with fear of being seen mingling with a group the media tar as nazi looking white supremacists.
A simple FJA without the swastika would suffice and still deliver a clear simple message.
The one you put up the other day about what Jacinda said on sep. 20th last year would make a good banner. To get that printed on a piece of 6 mm core flute 800 x 1200 should be about $70, provided the artwork is o.k.
