U.S. “COVID RELIEF” WAS ENOUGH TO GIVE EVERY TAXPAYER $41,870

The sheer immensity of this spending is hard to grasp. For context, $6 trillion is more than one-fourth of what the US economy produces in an entire year, according to Fox Business. The COVID spending blowout is at least eight times bigger than the (inflation-adjusted) price tag of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s “New Deal.”

Moreover, the COVID spending bills have all lost huge sums of money to unrelated carve-outs, politician pet projects, corporate bailouts, fraud, waste, and worse.

The numbers here really are quite damning.

For the same $6 trillion in expenditure, the government could have given every federal taxpayer a $41,870 check. Or, to think about it a bit differently, it could have written every American roughly an $18,181 check.

  1. And replicate that here…
I know its not all fully “printed” yet but ttheyve started on the massive QE program here that will run for another year or so and every last cent was printed in the name of covid. The equivilent of 28k for every one of the “team of five million”… how much of that did you get???
More importantly how much are they going to take from you and still not spend a cent paying it back?

Corrupt fuckers the lot of them, when normal citizens print a 20 dollar note its fraud when govts do the same its a great idea and hailed a modern marvel of the monetary system.

    • Mate, I’m not sure how you came up with 28k. You might be correct that it’s double my estimate – but the general thrust of our thinking is the same (see my comment below) and whatever the actual figure is, I think we can agree that it’s quite a lot of dosh!

      • Havent they embarked on printing 140billion by end of 2024 taking national govt debt to a grand total of 200billion?
        140 billion divided by 5mil =??? 28k isnt it?

Feel free to correct me if im wrong, its saturday morning after a 80hour work week and the cunt next door started silage chopper at 7am 🙁 brain fog is thick today!

        • Hmm… my understanding is that the government is always in deficit to some degree, but 62 billion is additional to the usual debt. Thus 62 billion is a more accurate figure than 140 billion. But yes, you might be right all the same. Any way you look at it, it’s $hitload$.

(I think I could be an economist in waiting as I’ve just invented a new financial term; $hitload$ hahaha)

  2. I’m sure the situation is very similar all over the world and if I’m correct that the NZ government has borrowed an additional 62 billion to cover this fiasco, then this has cost every kiwi man, woman, 72 additional genders and child a cool $14,000. Or, to put it into an even more stark perspective, each death from with this faked up scamdemic has cost New Zealand taxpayers OVER TWO BILLION DOLLARS!!! ($2,384,615,384.62)

This whole fraud is just insane. But try pointing this out to the average kiwi and they just look at you blankly. Sheeple.
