The US President will host Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison for an official visit and state dinner on September 20. The White House has released a statement saying, ‘the visit will celebrate our two countries, close friendship and shared history, and reaffirm our common vision for global peace, security and prosperity’. The pair recently spent time together at the G20 Summit in Osaka, Japan in June. The last time an Australian Prime Minister was invited to the White House was in 2006 when John Howard was invited by President George W Bush.

  1. ScoMo has not immaturely been rude to the leader of the free world. Nor does he whine and poke his bony finger judgementally and demand other countries fall in line with his ideological wants. Australia will gain a free trade deal with the enormous USA market. NZ won’t. Cindy will never be invited to the inner sanctum of the most prestigious seat of power in the world. Moral, don’t say rude things about the President of the United States.

    • Well you can say what you like about the president, or anyone else. But do not expect him or them to be nice to you in return. We on ysb are giving our lying PM shit on a daily basis. The difference is, we don’t expect anything from her except her demise.

    • It’s called diplomacy WG which requires intellect and forethought. And that’s where it falls down….

  2. That’s what you get for not Hailing to the Chief! Ha ha JA, look at Australia, the USA, and now Britain with Boris in charge. It’s hardly a progressive trend is it?

    • You have to hand it to the USA, they know how to respect the office of the President. Or they used to.

      • Dont confuse the globohomo lying filthy world press for the US voters.
        It will be Trump 2020.

And globohomo pollsters like Farrar will be wrong-diddly-wrong-wrong yet again.
It was the Manchurian candidate – the half-caste homo from Hawaii – that brought the Office to major disrespect from 2008.

  3. Britain and the USA are our Allies- They fucking saved us (and the World) in WW2!
Ardern doesn’t care- She doesn’t even have the decency to attend War Memorials….
    Imagine shitting on your Allies?

  4. Well I think that that is harsh, the baby was not an accident but much wanted, I think that the timing was unfortunate for the country, but then she wasn’t expecting to be PM or more than just reelected in as an opposition member, even if still Leader, the same as Genter.

Would any of us with that hand having been dealt folded? I do not think so.

A lot of things I question about Jacinda but that her biological clock was saying, ‘It is now or never’, is not one of them. I think that most children born like that where there have been questions regarding IVF etc are much wanted and loved. I don’t think that Neve should be used as political capital but that is a different thing.

Winston knew she was pregnant when he gave her the job, but he was committed, especially after having lodged documents in court against the National Party, but he didn’t care, either about the country or about her mental health.

    • I don’t have a problem with her having a baby. I despise her using her baby for political deflection.

For example, “she needs to use broomstick one because of Neve”. What BS, she could do the same as all working mothers who don’t have personal aircraft at their discretion.

It’s just a pretext for having a presidential aircraft. She’s just using her baby as a cover.
