That has to be a record for the quickest recovery from Covid I have ever seen. Must be all the booze she consumes.

  1. There is a major flaw in that cartoon. A fighter Jet over Wellington? And is that a missile or a Personal Massage Item? If it’s the latter, she needs Hunty to teach her how to use it properly. And the glass is a bit small.

  2. On Flightlessbirdblog Tom Hunter thinks it is vital that she remains in the job to serve a full term. His reasoning:

    – NZ needs to see what Green government is like in terms of policies.
    – NZ needs to see what Green politicians and activists are like once they’re in power.
    – Wellington needs to be destroyed! 🙂

    • I live n Wellington. I already know what Green tyranny and incompetence looks like. Don’t need more of it.

She should resign – but won’t.

Edit: and given that she and her friends were evidently visibly intoxicated, and the Havana bar owner was minimising it all as, “can’t people just have a bit of fun?”, I’m waiting for the police to investigate and revoke their liquour licence. No doubt I’ll be waiting a long time.

  3. Well Tom Hunter is correct isn’t he???? Yikes Tori what ever her name is. Wow she has been a bit of a shocker hasn’t she? However greens won’t care that is what is expected of them. They are all either carpet munchers or Trans people it’s a very strange lot of people who hopefully all got the jab.

Christmas job cuts expected at Tomra’s NZ food processing operations

The Herald understands dozens of redundancies are expected at manufacturing, sales and service sites in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and Hastings.

Sources said the company is currently consulting with staff and there are fears of mass layoffs before Christmas. As many as 100 staff could be involved, the Herald was told.

Paul Slupecki, senior vice-president and head of Tomra Fresh Food based in Melbourne, was not yet able to disclose how many staff would be affected.

“We are currently engaging with our staff as part of the consultation phase for a proposed organisational restructuring. The full extent of the impact on our staff, including the number potentially affected, will be finalised later next week,” Slupecki said.

This week, billion-dollar global game technology company Unity Software cut ties with Wellington visual effects house Wētā FX, resulting in 265 redundancies, although some staff may be kept on by Wētā.

Meanwhile, dozens of jobs at ultrafast broadband (UFB) network operator Chorus are being cut as the company further embraces a new operating model, the company has confirmed.
