    • Some of the most weathiest folk i know personally get around in ripped jeans and gumboots.
Judging someone on clothing just reveals more about the person doing the judging then it does about the person wearing the judged clothes

      • Not in this case SB. The PM represents this country and I would have thought with the funds available to her and that her skills in dressing would have been somewhat higher than those available to mere mortals not in the same financial position that have to purchase from an Op-Shop, as the PM seems to.

Quite frankly she looks like a scruffy scrubber who when your were out with your mates on a Friday night and were very pissed with, you would leave alone.

      • Ah, but I didn’t say I was judging them purely on their clothing.
There are many reasons to despise these two but with the money at their disposal and their positions, you would expect a standard of deportment and dress higher than they seem to think acceptable.
The only time she looked really good (and not photoshopped) was the official evening function when meeting the Queen, while pregnant, and then he went and spoiled it with a blue suit and brown shoes.

A couple of things that without further information seem a little odd.
Operation Trojan Shield takes place in June 2021, and goes public in July with reports that one of the offenders is a ‘well known NZ entertainer’.
Ardern fronts on TV and states what a great success the operation was and that the arrests and seizures are going to impact on serious crime. She says this knowing that the said ‘entertainer’ has been arrested and has had his name and actual entertaining job suppressed.
The entertainers name suppression gets extended out until next month (March), but 4 other co-offenders lose theirs. Two of those co-offenders are PI’s (Lapuaho and Lavaki), the other two hail from Rotorua (Katipa and Gear) which also happen to be Gisborne family names (long bow, I know)

Ardern continues with her wedding preparations which are then flagged in mid January. Stated reason being the introduction of the Red Light designation.

It’s obvious that this is a blatant lie, as Ardern says it was cancelled 30 minutes before she walked down the isle, but none of the wedding guests had arrived in Gisborne for the event.

The well know entertainer had been arrested 7 months earlier and no doubt because of his occupation, standing in the community, no prior offences etc etc… had been given electronic bail.

  1. I heard from a farming friend that the “farm in Southland” is actually two farms but both purchased through impenetrable shell companies. It might make an interesting story if only New Zealand had any investigative reporters.

  2. As someone who doesn’t watch MSM news much at all, I had to Google Operation Trojan Shield. Typed Operation and the first suggested line was Operation Trojan Shield. Not sure if it’s just Google spying on me, but it could also mean a lot of people are searching for that term. 🤔

  3. “Funding for gangs was hush money”

When paying “hush money to gangs” I’d hope it is from the alleged personal ill-gotten gains and not paid by the unsuspecting taxpayer to cover up a serious crime. 🚔
