The concern seems to be around existing legislation from 2002 (as per Rol’s link above. Tell me what you all think but it would be a push to force vaccination on a healthy person under that. Though it is still pretty draconian.
Problem is most people have no idea that this even exists. I am not aware of anyone being physically forced to be vaccinated and that POS Hipkins stated that. However this power id in direct contradiction to the BORA

Will coercion, mandates be weighed up to be more legal, and just to be sure, legitimizing compulsion.

Just what can a health official call by an “order”?
Which does at this stage seem to be open-ended, in that is it an over reach?? if that dubious vaccine becomes compulsory or not. ?
