That was why they succeeded in the US where light and fluffy was popular mid 60s

Um, no – John Lennon said the Beatles were more popular than Jesus – Dixie Chicks said they were ashamed G Bush was from their home state and were against the invasion of Iraq.

On the other hand, Bruce Springsteen has always been an ahole.

Thousands of Americans are at risk of breathing in dangerous toxins on both the East and West Coasts, with officials warning that local air quality could cause ‘serious health effects.’

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) reported on Wednesday that air quality levels had reached ‘unhealthy’ levels in portions of California and Oregon, including over the city of Los Angeles, home to nearly four million people.

The increased leaves are due to little to no wind and high atmospheric pressure trapping pollution near ground level. In parts of Hollywood, Air Quality Index (AQI) readings reached 170, classified as unhealthy for all residents.

Since Mount Maunganui is jointly owned by local iwi Ngāi Te Rangi, Ngāti Ranginui & Ngāti Pūkenga through the Mauao Trust one would expect them to immediately accept liability for the damage caused when part of it collapsed. It would be the honourable stance to take & their ancestors would expect no less.

Yeah, right.

There is no third alternative.

They may be all that but they represent the future. Our brain surgeons & gang members all went through a formative stage.

But concern for their welfare is the measure of a civilised society. In traditional pre European Maori society the tamariki was near valueless & even disposable at birth. If you lost one you could breed its replacement. They didn’t have much value until they were within an age when they could be moulded into warriors.

“Be gay, do crime” originated as an anti-authoritarian, anti-capitalist slogan embraced by the queer community, suggesting defiance against laws that criminalized homosexuality, stemming from historical criminalization and events like the Stonewall Riots. While its exact first appearance is murky, it gained traction around 2016 with graffiti in Marseille.

pretty much make the most outrageous OTT demands followed by equally OTT threats…. watch the panic and hysteria for several weeks while adding fuel to the fire on social media…. then sits back and wait for his target to come grovelling with a compromise heavily in trumps favour in the hopes it satisfies him.

pretty much same theory as a lil girl wanting a kitten so starts out by asking for a horse except with lots more trolling in the middle.

As one with an unsuccessful background in such negotiations I can assure you that well organised daughters with experience of conning their simple fathers skip the moggy & go straight for the horse(s).

a kid would be easier to deal with saying no to a horse than a wife/gf… if they cant have a horse to ride they stop riding you! ive watched several of my mates suffer through that, a farmer not far from me even spent over 1mil blasting an arena outve the side of the hill plus a 500k horse truck. the only thing it achieved was getting a very expensive divorce and he got left with a 1million dollar area to stack balage.

Mrs Nasska was sports mad. She played then refereed netball & taught/coached swimming for years but never had much in the way of ambitions get involved with matters equestrian. What happened was that when the girls were starting school we fluked an opportunity to sell our cottage in town for good coin & bought 12 acres with newish but very basic house that the owners had dug themselves into a pit with.

The property next door was owned by an old couple & the wife owned a few old ponies she had used to instruct kids on the finer arts of riding, dressage & what have you. Our wee brats honed in & the scene was set. We ended up buying an old Shetland pony off her & we purchased the rest of the rubbish that goes with horse ownership off her at very favourable rates.

Eventually as the kids grew we ended up having to buy new ponies but we drew the line at expensive pony club gymkhanas & such. They had our farm, the old girl next doors property & my boss’s 40 acres which was close to ride on & that was about it.

Saturday afternoon was when their pocket money was paid out & if I was available they’d were allowed to ride their ponies down to the dairy while I followed real close on the Honda stepthrough I used to go to work. I’d park up under a tree, roll a smoke & read the paper for ten minutes while the tooth rotting crap was bought. The kids had the junior equivalent of the 6 o’clock swill with their school mates who were green with envy over their transport options.

Not bad for the kids of a truck driver!

haha i dont really care as long as np fucking horses end up here. and the boy thing meh just dont come home pregnant or beaten and i wont have a problem.
myself and mrs sb are pretty chill, we were all young once so we know what teens get up too like it or not. drinking drugs or rooting wont be encouraged but if they do we would rather it under our roof then under a bridge.

Trust me on this. The horses are a piece of cake by comparison.

wish i had a teacher or 2 like this in my high school days… https://www.nzherald.co.nz/world/perth-teacher-accused-of-sexual-abuse-gives-birth-to-students-baby-police/ZN2TQB36RBFA3CNWCODKE6A77Q/

im sure the boy was traumatised////
still grooming i guess but im pretty sure if a chick looking like that (as long as shes not a big fatty) offered herself to a horny teen boy there would be no other questions asked and he would be the happiest boy on school.

From IAASB’s link:

…..”, two counts of sexual penetration of a child”…..

It was a female teacher & a teen boy! Have I lived an overly sheltered life? Am I missing something here?

I’m sure Macron thought the same. I wonder if he still thinks that?
Why was he wearing sunglasses at Davos?

at the time every schoolboy in nz was taking the piss about old hopoate… all lunchtime for weeks every minute or 2 someone would be yelling to those playing rugby or bullrush “dont slip him the sloppy finger ya hopoate”

i still remember awkwardly eating tea while mum and dad watched the news and the slow motion replay of him giving a bit of a reach around and trying to check out the other players prostate gland.
