has trump got played and the whole iran thing israel dragged them into really all about an israeli land grab in lebabon while usa deal to their biggest threat of retaliation in the region?

its looking more like thats the real reason behind all of this shit.
if it turns out to be the case then who really is the biggest problem and threat in the middle east???? if they pull this off you know damn well in the next 10-20yrs theyll kick off again and do another land grab.

there will never be peace so long as israel exists.

lots of deadbeat downtickers as per usual, i even toned down my lovely way of getting my point across and made a very valid observation.

show me how im wrong and not just be silent downticking cowards…. or are you all for other countries invading and annexxing large swathes of their neighbours?

im sure most on here would agree what zimbabwae and south africa done to the white farmers and forced them from their land was very wrong. so why silence when israel is doing the same in the areas they occupy except the victims arent whites.

many think russia is evil invading, occupying and annexxing parts of ukraine yet israel has been allowed to do the same and is now doing it again with very little international resistance.

why the different standards?
is it from brainwashing, fear of being labeled anti semite, little knowledge of whats going on or just prejudice/sympathy towards certain groups of agressors/victims?

im guessing more downticks with very little explanation on how to deny facts.

” invading and annexxing large swathes of their neighbours” is what muslims have been doing since the seventh century. But when it’s done to them – that’s different.

show us examples in 2026 of a muslim country doing so?

if wrongs from hundreds of years ago mean its ok to do the same back then i guess youre pro maorification and being nz being fully aotearoaized? thats essentially what youre condoning…

You’re quite disingenuous with your comment. 2026? Why not be super-specific and make it 7th Jan 2026? Just because a Muslim nation hasn’t actually declared war does not for a second mean that Islam itself isn’t at war with us.

And in that vein you see multiple countries where non-Muslims are attacked mercilessly – Pakistan, Nigeria for two, or where there are Muslim insurgencies – Phillipines and Myanmar.

Just one example in the 20th century of a Muslim nation attacking another is Turkey and Cyprus. The primary reason there aren’t more attacks is that the West has been technologically and militarily superior to Muslim nations for a significant time.

As for your comment re: Maorification, if I could even understand what point you were trying to make I’d guess you were putting up a strawman, but like I said, fuck knows what you’re on about.

I’ve decided that most of your comments on anything international at least are about as intelligent and informed as one from the average leftist on X. Congratulations.

so turkey annexed large swathes of cyprus?? or just attacked.

im just simply playing devils advocate and pointing out hipocracy of peoples ability to support or condemn the exact same situations just prejudice determines a different stance on it.

go back to the basic point i made, did you support zimbabwae and south africa driving white farmers from their land?
if not then why crickets when israel are doing the same in the jordan valley?

and why is it ok for israel to propose annexxing a large swathe of lebanon? surely thats going too far and just going to cause decades of further tensions for no good reason except israel wants it.

If we have changed our fuel specs to be able to buy fuel from elsewhere and elsewhere are ramping up production because of the high per barrel crude price, how long will it be before ships from other parts of the world start coming to the lower pacific . Are our fuel companies locked into refinery contracts.

as for contracts who knows, but theres probs nothing stopping importers securing extra shipmements from other suppliers. im sure if our portside storage becomes full aussie would happily have a ship or 2 divert to them. and from what i understand the aussies laxing the rules are only very temporary so i dont see too many jumping at the chance to expand into australasia just to sell a few token shipments?

The Romans were right. Jupiter controls us ( or least the weather and climate)

“A suspected 3560-year periodicity related to the orbits of the Jovian planets was evaluated against high-resolution paleoclimate records from Greenland ice cores and lake sediment cores from Alaska and China revealing precise 3560- and 7120-year patterns. When any single record is shifted by 3560 years (or 7120 years) and overlaid on itself, detailed temperature patterns — including the abrupt termination of the Younger Dryas (YD), the 8.2 ka, 4.7 ka, and Dark Ages Cold Period (DACP) events — recur with fidelity. Correlation analysis confirms the 3560- year interval and reveals 937- and 1850-year periodicities. The 3560-year periodicity, complete with the same diagnostic phase inversions, is found in an independent total solar irradiance reconstruction derived from 14C and 10 Be. These findings provide compelling evidence that multi-decadal to multi-millennial climate variability includes significant solar forcing synchro-nized with the orbital motions of the Sun and Jovian planets about the solar-system barycenter”

This is what that arsewipe Peters has cost you because he didn’t like being called out.
Its he history of his 40 years, and some of you think he is God’s answer to a shit problem.

What it has cost taxpayers (so far) for an inquiry into a judge who spoke out at the Northern Club(and note it says “so far”.)

Almost $1m has been spent already by the Ministry of Justice and Crown Law on a Judicial Conduct Panel for a judge who is “fighting for her judicial career”.
The proceedings relate to allegations about Judge Ema Aitken’s conduct during a speech by Winston Peters at Auckland’s Northern Club.
A number of witnesses, including NZ First minister Casey Costello, said the judge was “ yelling”, “calling out” and speaking loudly to Peters as he gave a speech at a fundraising dinner for his party.
Judge Aitken, who was attending another event elsewhere in the building, repeatedly rejected that she was “disinhibited” or “affected” by the one or two glasses of champagne she’d drunk before she “spontaneously responded” to what Peters was saying.

My dilemma is “When asked whether that position should be read more narrowly as applying to the present Labour leadership line-up, Peters agreed, saying the issue is “the Labour Party with Hipkins leading it”. He said he was not prepared to answer hypothetical questions about scenarios that do not currently exist.”

https://centrist.nz/peters-narrows-labour-refusal-to-hipkins-led-party-as-it-stands-now/

So he is not absolutely ruling labour out, just Labour led by Hipkins. That worries me, else I’d have locked my vote in. Act? Seymour does a lot of good, but… and just because Luxon is a limp twat, does not mean we should chuck the child out with the bath water.

However, keeping the looney left out is paramount, even if we have to swallow mounds of dead rats to achieve that…. ( wish we had Meloni)

Luxon must rank along side Bolger & Rowling in the effective PM ratings but in the manner of a stopped clock he’s got something right. That right thing is limiting the ‘fuel assistance package’ to working families.

We know this because of the bleating of the bludgers & their representatives. From https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/fuel-crisis-anti-poverty-group-slams-lack-of-financial-support-for-beneficiaries/UTK37XETYFGKNOCFTGDSMZ5IWI/

#. “People on benefits still need fuel, to get to job interviews, take their kids to school, and attend medical appointments.”

Medical appointments maybe but jobs & school? Laughable. But the 2026 Supreme Award for Pathos & Schmalz has to go to AAAP coordinator Agnes Magele:

#. ““We are deeply worried the Government will cause further malnutrition through its irresponsible lack of support for our most impoverished communities, if food also becomes less accessible due to the fuel crisis”.

(Bold, mine)

Much of that ammo was purchased by the Yank Dept of Homeland Security. The question was addressed at https://www.forbes.com/sites/frankminiter/2013/10/20/is-the-obama-administration-the-cause-of-gun-ammunition-shortages/

#. “DHS bought more than 103 million rounds in 2012 and used 116 million that same year for about 70,000 public employees. Chaffetz said the DHS is shooting up between 1,300 and 1,600 rounds per person, while the U.S. Army goes through only about 350 rounds annually per soldier.”

Probably room to half inch a few spare boxes out of that catalogue. But where & for whom?
